How to organize your mind

What happens if too many programs open on our computers? The computer starts running slower. The same goes for our mental computers – our minds. We live in times where it is not uncommon for a lot of things to occur at the identical time. However, this doesn’t change the incontrovertible fact that we’re humans and one in all our most simple needs to function is a peaceful mind. The reality is – the more cluttered our minds are, the more cluttered and chaotic our lives will likely be. A transparent attitude is crucial for us to thrive not only in business but in life. A very successful life is a balanced life.

Even though it sounds easy, it is vitally essential. Our surroundings are sometimes a direct reflection of what is going on inside us and in our psyche. The physical act of tidying up is a cleansing experience that gives a way of accomplishment, ease, and symbolizes the power to clean up the mess in our lives.

No matter how chaotic your life could also be, you may have no less than five to 10 minutes to calm down and sit in complete silence. Often in silence we start to see clarity. Without clarity, no task or dream will ever be completed. Silence also provides peace and calms any anxiety you could experience. This exercise may be performed at any time of the day. Start with five minutes and slowly increase it.

Create a map of all of the things that clutter your mind. Put them so as of importance. Come up with a plan of attack for every task one after the other. This is an exercise to alleviate the anxiety and craziness that usually comes with a cluttered mind.

Almost everyone has a smartphone with a good camera. Take a while to pour out your thoughts. The great point is that it doesn’t have to make sense or be pretty or sophisticated. This is a brain dumping exercise. Better yet, do away with anything that competes for space in your mind.

Give yourself a break

The easiest but hardest thing for many is taking time to rest. We often think that now we have missed something and that we should always all the time be doing something. This view often leads to mental overload and ultimately tends to do more harm than good. Give yourself a while to do nothing. Watch TV, read a book, cook or go for a walk. Do something on daily basis that has nothing to do with the burden of thoughts circulating in your head.

Remember that now we have the power to change not only our world, however the world as an entire…BE GREAT!!

The couple, who met, got engaged and married within the fourth season of the truth show, celebrated their second wedding anniversary on May 7 with a joint Instagram posts.

“Two years ago we said yes and sealed our eternity as the Browns. Who would have thought that a reality show would lead us to happily ever after?” the couple wrote in a post featuring photos of them from Kyoto, Japan. “We explored the world, created unforgettable memories and built a solid foundation of laughter, trust and unconditional love.”

They continued: “Imperfect for each other, we are proud to live on our own terms and enjoy every moment together. I wish you many more days of showing up together, making memories and writing your own love story.”

They concluded their caption by saying, “And to our friends and family who have supported us along the way, thank you for being a part of our journey. We are grateful for your love and encouragement. Happy second anniversary! 🥂With love, The Browns.”

They said their case was “aligning the stars.” Brett said: “I do not think we might have met another way considering we lived in two different cities. But yes, I consider love could be blind.

Tiffany said: “I’ll say that love could be blind, but I feel you only have to realize experience within the dating world and realize that appears aren’t the whole lot. I approached this case searching for greater than just what someone looked like. I looked for a way they treated me, how they made me feel. And when you are on this state of mind, then yes, love could be blind.
