Because there’s a misconception that for some reason I don’t have custody of the children,” Hart said of their flexible arrangement. “I have kids every other weekend when I’m supposed to have them, and every other week when I’m supposed to have them. I can either have them for a month or two months.

Foster, who was also accused of losing custody of the children, clarified that “that is not the case,” but added that Usher was awarded primary custody of the children.

The first couple married in 2007 and had two sons, 15-year-old Naviyd Ely and 16-year-old Usher Raymond V, before divorcing in 2009. Foster explained that Usher has always been the main decision maker and that has an impact has not changed.
