‘That’s 3 kids already’: Anthony Edwards exposed by woman who claims she secretly gave birth to his son months before his long-time girlfriend gave birth
Minnesota Timberwolves football star Anthony Edwards has been accused of fathering several children with multiple women in a brief time frame.
The 22-year-old is preparing for his first Olympics in Paris as a member of Team USA basketball, while a woman who goes by the name Ally D has posted a series of devastating posts on Instagram, accusing Edwards of being absent from the court.
The story about his alleged love child got here to light when Ally was apparently goaded into providing receipts detailing their history with one another. On her Instagram Story, she posted alleged text messages between her and Edwards through which she asked in regards to the number of kids he had in November.
“It was in November when I found out he had a little girl before our son, literally a month before,” Ally said. “But look how I always said ‘P.’ I literally said congratulations on the one on the way. So now we have 3 kids.”
At the time, his longtime girlfriend Shannon was pregnant. He confirmed to Ally that she was expecting a daughter, Aislynn, who was born in March.
According to Ally, their son was born three months early, however the pregnancy and birth were kept under wraps. “I was a nun, but a great mom and a cool motherfucker. I let you guys say whatever you wanted for MONTHS. I’m such a cool motherfucker. I even prayed for my other kids because at the end of the day, they’re my sons’ siblings,” she wrote.
Ally went on to claim that she had endured harassment and disrespect from Edwards, although he shouldn’t be known to have mentioned her publicly. “I have been harassed and talked about so badly by someone I honestly don’t even talk about or care about. Remember, I have no NDA, nun, I just choose to raise my child and live my shitty life… I don’t know why you’re letting a weak lawyer weave a narrative into this, it’s sad at this point,” she wrote.
The woman also showed a redacted copy of a DNA test, alluding to confirmation that the basketball star is the daddy of her child, but claimed he didn’t act in that role. The latest mom declared that “only BUMS don’t claim their kids are lying about kids etc, that’s sick in the head, WRONG.”
More screenshots of text messages allegedly show Edwards expressing love for Ally and apologizing for his behavior, though it’s unclear what the problematic behaviors were.
“All this motherfucker had to do was leave me alone with this bullshit and (police car emoji) stuff, I’m such a calm person but when it comes to any son I’m not going to let this bullshit continue forever,” reads one other relentless post. Despite only having one post with two selfies on her timeline, she decided to share a photograph of her son on her Story, naming the 8-month-old twin Edwards.
Before she finished her expose, Ally dropped one other bombshell, claiming that Edwards had recently welcomed his third child with one other mystery woman. “Our son 8 months old… The babies were not born at the same time, just a few months apart. One little girl in September, then our son in October, and then he only had one,” the post read.
Her comments reflected a spread of reactions to the online of stories about Edwards’ alleged vagrancy. “Ant will no longer be the face of the league, case u,” said one person, who believed the chaotic situation can be the athlete’s undoing.
“This baby is his twin. He had the nerve to ask for a paternity test. I feel like this 35-year-old mother of the child is behind all this,” reads one other comment.
A 3rd person asked: “Are you surprised that a guy 10 years younger than you is an irresponsible bitch? What did you expect? Rainbows and flowers????”
Ally responded that she was only 24 years old and that a 3rd unidentified woman needs to be tagged as a substitute.
Edwards has avoided sharing his personal life on social media. His last post, a highlight reel from last season’s NBA season, was shared on June 25. But his girlfriend, Shannon, who also goes by Janine Robell, posted a photograph of Edwards and their daughter sleeping side by side in bed after Ally’s story in regards to the basketball player began circulating.
Last December, Instagram model Paige Jordae revealed that Edwards, she claimed, paid her $100,000 to have an abortion. The defamatory alleged text messages showed an individual believed to be Edwards requesting a video of Paige taking medication to terminate the pregnancy.

Edwards later issued an announcement that seemed to confirm the situation and that he made his harsh comments “in the heat of the moment.” He didn’t address the scandal further or discuss his famous daughter to the media.
