A legal battle between Wendy Williams’ representatives and A+E Networks, the owner of the Lifetime television network, has revealed disturbing news concerning the 60-year-old television and radio legend.

Deadline reported that Sabrina Morrissey, Wendy’s caregiver, is suing A+E Networks and other production firms over the docuseries “Where Is Wendy Williams?” directed by Lifetime’s Mark Ford. which premiered in February.

A federal lawsuit in New York accused A&E Television Networks, Entertainment One Reality Productions, Lifetime Entertainment Services, Creature Films and Ford of exploiting Williams because the previous TV host was unable to conform to a contract signed on January 25, 2023.

According to American sunMorrissey filed latest court documents related to the case. The latest documents say Williams has “cognitive impairment” and is “permanently disabled” as a consequence of early-onset dementia.

Morrissey also asked the court to guard Wendy’s privacy by keeping information concerning the famous shock athlete’s “health, family relationships and finances” from the general public.

“We respectfully request that the Court grant Plaintiff’s request for limited classification to protect nonpublic information from the Custody Proceeding that has been sealed by the court overseeing the Custody Proceeding,” the case notes.

Wendy’s fans took to social media to share their reactions to the news concerning the deterioration of the New Jersey resident’s health in recent times.

“I miss her very much,” one person wrote in The US Sun’s comments. Instagram page. A second person added: “He must pray and ask for healing from above.”

Someone from X he wrote“It’s so sad because she worked so hard to make a name for herself and reach such a level that it all ended like this and she forgot everything.”

In addition to the lawsuit against A+E Networks, Morrissey is also involved in a legal dispute with Hunter over his final divorce decree from Williams.

Hunter fights for more compensation from Wendy. The longtime producer of “The Wendy Williams Show” claims $48 million was “fraudulently hidden” in her divorce settlement.

These allegations were based on Wendy’s best friend, Regina Schell, filing an affidavit in a New Jersey court stating that Williams had $55 million in her Wells Fargo accounts in 2022.

“I cannot comment on what (Schell) believes she saw or heard, what she believes a third party heard, or what that third party may or may not have reported to (Schell),” Morrissey argued in response to Hunter’s claims.

Hunter further claims that Morrissey has no “legal authority” to represent Williams in the continued child support court proceedings.

Hunter’s court records read: “Ms. Morrissey is a lawyer in New York, not New Jersey, and although she claims to have been appointed Guardian in New York, her Guardianship does not extend to this court because no Guardianship has been established in New Jersey.”

Williams rose to prominence as a radio DJ in New York within the early Nineteen Nineties. In 2008, she moved to daytime television with the syndicated “The Wendy Williams Show”, which ran until 2022.

The last two seasons of “The Wendy Williams Show” were marred by Williams’ health problems. She was diagnosed with Graves’ disease, lymphedema, aphasia and frontotemporal dementia.

Lifetime’s “Where’s Wendy Williams?” documented Wendy struggling with troubling mental, physical and financial issues. In one viral scene from the documentary, she stated, “I don’t have any money.”

The mother lost public sympathy by throwing racist insults at Druski after he insulted her son.
