Brentt recently shared together with his social media followers that he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure earlier this 12 months.

“First of all, let me say, ‘Thank you, God.’ This year has undoubtedly been the craziest for me. The post included a series of photos and videos showing Brentt recovering from surgery.

The caption continued: “I had a 14-hour heart transplant surgery in July this 12 months and now I actually have a brand recent heart inside me. Now that I’m back (still in recovery), I principally needed to learn find out how to walk and communicate again, but I speak more fluently,” he wrote. Some of the videos Brentt posted show him apparently struggling to get through the hospital and receiving help from doctors.

“This experience changed my life FOREVER. Thank you very much to the family who gave their heart! A huge thank you to MY MOM, marshella, Nyoni, Big Janae, Nikiyah, my friends, doctors, nurses and everyone else who pushed, pulled and prayed me through this ❤️ Never give up. 🤞🏾,” the message ended.

Experiencing any kind of allergy isn’t ideal, especially throughout the colder months.

Although allergies are confused with the common cold, those that know them know that it is a little more complicated. However, many aspects can lead to fall allergies, given the changing seasons, equivalent to windy or dry days, causing lots of pollen or dust which will have entered the house. Unlike tree pollen, which generally causes spring allergies, ragweed pollen is a big trigger for fall allergies. Additionally, high temperatures can lengthen allergy symptoms and cause the discharge of mold spores when the humidity is high or it’s dry and windy.

Finally, kids are going back to school, which is allowing more fall allergies to creep in since mold and mud mites are common in schools. So how do you survive all these fall allergies? The first step is awareness, and the subsequent step is to seek help out of your primary care physician.

What are the symptoms?

  • Rhinitis
  • Watery eyes
  • Sneezing
  • Cough
  • Itchy eyes and nose
  • Dark circles under the eyes

Ways to reduce exposure to fall allergies:

Reduce exposure: To avoid high pollen counts, try to stay indoors on hot, windy and dry days. Additionally, avoid gardening or wear a mask when going outside.

Clean your home: Vacuum and mud continuously to reduce indoor allergens. Use a high-efficiency air filter to capture indoor allergens. Consider using a dehumidifier that may maintain the air humidity at 35% and 50%.

Consider nasal sprays or other medications: Steroid sprays can reduce nasal inflammation, and antihistamines help stop sneezing, sniffling and itching. Additionally, decongestants help relieve the sensation of congestion and dry mucus within the nose.

Trina and her recent husband “Swurv” do not have a prenuptial agreement, however the star says she’s not fearful about it because she knows where every penny of their house goes.

The “baddest chick,” who can now be called Ms. Kearse, got involved with her partner, Benjamin Leon Kearse Jr., also generally known as Swurv, last May. During a recent visit to Keyshia Ka’oir’s podcast, she was asked in the event that they secured a prenup before getting married, to which she replied no, but they didn’t need one because she knew the whole lot.

“I didn’t do it. Because my husband brings me all his money,” Ka’oir said, noting that she receives notifications about his spending habits. – He cannot spend a penny without my consent. He cannot spend a dime on anything unless it goes through me.

She added: “This phone is starting to ring… I can see everything.”

Before they became Kears, we saw the couple during Season 5 within the spring of 2024. She was head over heels in love back then, and while talking to Carlos King on his podcast over the summer, she talked about how he became her protected space after many losses, including her death mother, brother and niece.

“Honestly, for me it’s just a breath of fresh air, a sense of security, a certainty that I know, believe and trust what I feel,” she said on the time. “I feel like it’s more than just a relationship now. You see it, but I control my privacy the way I want, as opposed to what we do because people should see it. I don’t care. If you see it, well. I’m not hiding. I’m happy. I’m confident. He is extremely confident. And it’s more than just a relationship. We built a friendship. Every day is like being with your best friend.”

The beauty will probably tell a little more about their love story in her recent memoir, which is now on newsstands.
