Ciara claims she knew Russell Wilson was “the one” after their first date

Multi-talented artist Ciara continues to ask people in regards to the prayer that landed her Russell Wilson. In an interview with Goodies, the singer said she knew her NFL husband was the one after their first date.
“From day one, we sat down and talked. It’s so funny because we always laugh about the first meeting. We talked for too long and were having such a great time, and while we were having such a great conversation, we forgot to eat.”
Clarkson responded that she will always remember her toe, to which the singer replied, “I never forget to eat either!”
“After the first meeting, we each did the identical thing. Coming down the elevator, he told his friend, “She’s the one,” and I called my best friend [Yolonda Frederick]who was my matron of honor, my makeup artist for twenty-four years, my best friend, right, and I said, “Yoli, I don’t want to jinx anything, but I think…” and she said, “He’s the only one,” and I said, ” Yes”.
The couple is nearly at the edge of the ten-year milestone as they met in 2015 and wasted no time in making the news official; they were married by 2016. By 2017, the couple gave birth to their first child together, Sienna Princess Wilson, in 2017, followed by the birth of Win Harrison Wilson in 2020. The newest addition to the Wilson family, Amora Princess Wilson, was born in December 2023.
Wilson’s love story has been a prayer point for fans over the past nearly a decade, considering the singer has gone from breaking off her engagement to rapper Future to Wilson adoring her and appearing to be a terrific stepfather to her son, Future Zahir Wilburn, whom she gave birth to with the rapper during their relationship.
Earlier this 12 months in February, the NFL player said God told him the long run could be his responsibility when he first met the 10-year-old. While speaking with Brandon Marshall on his “I Am Athlete” podcast, the Denver Broncos quarterback said:
“I remember walking out that night and God saying, ‘This baby will be your responsibility,’” the footballer said. He said he then asked God, “Are you sure this is what you want me to do?”
God allegedly replied, “Son, this is for you.”
During an interview with Kelly Clarkson, Ciara said that Wilson has at all times been an involved dad to her eldest son.
She said he “jumped into action right away and changed diapers” with Future’s baby. She added: “It’s just that, from day one, he was at all times the one that stepped into this life, went to parent-teacher conferences, was concerned with every detail, made sure that sports and gymnastics were so as. “
We root for this black love and are glad it continues to be strong.

Earlier this week, Model of the Year nominee Anok Yai appeared at the Fashion Awards gala at London’s Royal Albert Hall. And regardless that the night ended there controversial joke for this yr’s award, the look of her hair stood out, as did her skilled achievements.
Paired with an archival John Galliano gown from 1994, her hairstyle was as avant-garde as the supermodels of the day – and was the most groundbreaking look of the night. On the foundation, a pixie cut with micro-mushrooms framed her sculpted features, and the sides stopped just at the tip of her eyebrows.
However, the summit took an unexpected turn. Almost like a headdress, straight, long strands gathered at the top of the head, overlapping right into a bow. The look was romantic and evoked the essence of Mugler’s Alien Hypersense, of which it’s the face. “I carry a bottle in every purse, it’s an addiction” Yai said in front of the red carpet.
The iconic outfit was repeated by Rihanna, who two days later arrived in an identical style at the thirty eighth annual Footwear Awards Gala in New York. With slight moderation – longer, blunt bangs and full updo – hairdresser Nafia Biała used an identical technique. Could this be the hottest hair trend of the season? These two icons actually suggest that.
