The controversial figure who provoked Jay-Z and Beyoncé to take legal action against Piers Morgan over her “baseless” conspiracy theories
Everyone seems curious nowadays about singer Jaguar Wright, the girl who made a series of untamed accusations in an interview with Piers Morgan.
They were so crazy that Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s lawyers advised Morgan to edit the video or face the results.
Once a rising star in Philadelphia’s Black Lily and neo-soul scenes, Wright, 47, is now higher known for her sensational statements in regards to the entertainment industry on social media than for the music that when connected her to rap royalty.
Wright made a reputation for herself within the early 2000s after working with The Roots and producer Ahmir Thompson – known professionally as Questlove – within the late Nineties. Her powerful contralto voice, combining jazz notes with hip-hop rhythms, gave her a singular style.
That distinctive voice and charming performances helped her make popular culture history as a background vocalist at Jay-Z’s “Unplugged on MTV” concert in 2001.
Following this acclaimed performance, Wright signed with MCA Records and released the album “Denials Delusions and Decisions” in 2002.
After failing when her first label was absorbed by Geffen Records, she later signed to Artemis Records and released “Divorcing Neo 2 Marry Soul” in 2005.
Despite her early success, 23 years later, she is seen less because the voice of her generation and more as a self-proclaimed industry insider, revealing “secrets” that only she and just a few find out about stars from Common to Jill Scott to Talib Kweli to R. Kelly and her big three: Sean “Diddy” Combs, Jay-Z and Clive Davis.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Wright has gained attention for making unverified claims about various celebrities and music executives on Instagram, alleging all the pieces from sexual assault to child endangerment.
Critics have dismissed her accusations as conspiracy theories designed to exploit the culture’s ongoing appetite for gossip and money-making, and have questioned her expertise given her limited success after the mid-Twenty first century.
However, a few of her claims in regards to the likes of R. Kelly and Sean “Diddy” Combs coincided with actual court cases, prompting some, including YouTuber and former CNN broadcaster Piers Morgan, to reconsider her credibility.
“The What If’s” singer. first waves in 2020, claiming that she was a victim of sexual assault by each rappers Common and Talib Kweli. After each artists vehemently denied the accusations, the “Get By” artist slammed her for lying in regards to the true nature of her relationship with the 2 Soulaquarians.
TRUE he stated in “The God Pod with Lord Jamar”, that Wright was indeed “aggressive” when she “proposed to him” and that they’d a consensual relationship.
Two-time Oscar winner Common also responded in an interview on the “Rise & Grind Morning Show” after Wright accused him of trying to put his private parts near her mouth.
“I was definitely disappointed and hurt when she said what she said about me because it wasn’t true.” He continued, “I also understand that she may be going through things that I don’t understand.”
Years after the dust seemed to have settled over her comments on Common, she made headlines in July 2024 when she doubled down on them interview from Realfe Street Starz.
Near the top of the interview, she FaceTimed the rapper’s ex-girlfriend, Tiffany Haddish, asking her to confirm certain facets of her story.
In addition to talking about her toxic relationships with rappers, she also talked about her relationships with women within the industry.
According to Wright, she and Jill Scott, each of The city of sisterly lovethey were “best friends.” But the ‘Def Poetry Jam’ alum claimed Scott was suspicious of her, slept with a few of her male friends and stole her performance style.
Scott also responded, but without giving an interview. The artist took to the stage during The Roots 2024 Reunion and cursed her in rhyme: “She swears she’s tough/I can give you everything, but is it enough?”/They say, “I talk about my body on IG.”/They say I’m a mean bitch, that I’m within the Illuminati/But I’m nowhere around/When I write these songs/When I light a spliff/When I raise my son, atone for my sins/When I arrange the papers/When I cope with these men.”
The Grammy winner said in her rap the identical thing as many others, that she’s probably not where she says she ought to be with the knowledge she claims.
In addition to Scott, over the years Wright has followed the names of Erykah Badu, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys and Beyoncé. Both speaking about their talent and linking it to sex scandals, he has little positive to say about them. One person she has rather a lot to say about is Faith Evans, whom Wright claims is her cousin.
During the subsequent “Reallyfe”. interview in April 2024, Wright dropped a bombshell by saying that the previous Bad Boy artist was not only her relative, but that she was also targeting her late rapper husband Notoriously BIG, is murdered in 1997
Interestingly, she didn’t share Evans’ connection to the 2005 murder when asked about it on the UK Mix forum. Then, she he said“I like Faith. I feel Faith is funny! I at all times thought she was funny. I actually have nothing against Faith.
When the “Reallyfe” clip was released, Evans didn’t hesitate to comment, simply applauding. Her one-word response was, “Funny.”
The biggest confusion that has put Wright within the highlight in 2024 is her claims about Combs over the years. From claiming that he sexually assaulted Justin Bieber to claims she was involved in a few of Diddy’s “bizarre events” and recently became an advocate for saving women from the abuse the music mogul is accused of committing.
Although Wright positions herself as an advocate of violence against women, even calling for an investigation into the death of Kim Porter, Combs’ ex-girlfriend and mother of the youngsters, she herself was a self-proclaimed prostitute and acted as a pimp, having once exploited women herself.
After the “Song Cry” singer claimed she was sexually abused by an uncle and cousin as a toddler, she said she had a book about women she “outsourced” to men for sex.
On “Only for the Fanz”, she said that as a substitute of being called a “madam”, she prefers to be called a “fun ambassador” and a “fun girl” who provides men with sex while she is energetic within the industry. She claims to have gained a number of “information” through her spy work, claiming that she actually took money from women for information in regards to the proclivities of her high-profile clients.
Wright’s legal troubles were quite a few and complex, as were her stories about people within the industry. One of the arrests occurred on September 27, 2016, at Miami International Airport, where she was charged with child abduction in reference to a custody battle with her first husband, Sam Odom.
According to The Philadelphia Tribune, yes extradition to the Cook County Jail in Chicago to face the fees. The case will end with the lack of custody of her son.
This incident set the stage for her ongoing legal problems, which might come to the surface over the years.
In January 2023, she was arrested by police in Texas after an argument with her second ex-husband, generally known as “Goomba”, during which she threw her dead son’s ashes into the air and was then handcuffed.
Most recently, on June 6, 2023, she was arrested on suspicion of theft of property starting from $30,000 to $150,000. That arrest was followed by a $10,000 bond on Friday morning, and Wright asserted that the arrest was an attempt to silence her from sharing more information in regards to the stars she had unmasked. According to to Vibe.
Hero or accomplice? Fly on the wall or lie? The world is left wondering whether the small print of Wright’s claims are true or if she is solely using industry whispers to gain opinions.
What’s more, fans who once appreciated her talent as a singer are still waiting for brand spanking new music, wondering whether the powerful men she brought in – Jay-Z, Diddy, Clive and others – are literally blocking her path to stardom. Others wonder if she is making more of her talents – publishing provocative headlines about people she once knew, kind of knew or heard of.

An attempt to save the image of Jeff Bezos’ future wife backfired after weeks of outrage and ridicule over her skimpy outfit
Lauren Sánchez has apparently gained a popularity for her fashion hits and misses as social media users began following her every move.
Billionaire Jeff Bezos’ current fiancée stepped into the highlight long before she met the Amazon co-founder, after years spent as co-host of “Good Day LA,” a reporter for “Extra” and host of “So You Think You Can Dance,” and he even starred in a number of movies like “Ted 2.”
She faced criticism for posting a sultry selfie in November in a negligee-inspired gown by designer Laura Basca. In October, the 54-year-old again faced backlash when she showed off her latex Halloween costume as Catwoman.
Now, weeks after being deemed “cheap” and tasteless, the founder of Black Ops Aviation has turn out to be a subject of discussion.
On December 5, Sánchez and the business mogul attended The New York Times’ DealBook event in New York City. For the occasion, she wore a white Alexander McQueen suit and a white lace corset. The beaming bride-to-be sent two mirror selfies of her outfit, which she signed: “winter white.”
One follower particularly was stunned by the whole look he ejaculated that she was “very attractive and beautiful, gorgeous and stunning, charming and fantastic young lady, sexy, charming, charming and elegant” in the photos that Sánchez took.
Two other people swooned over the photos and wrote: “So chic and elegant!” and “You look great.” But as you would possibly expect from online viewers, not everyone was impressed.

When Page six published paparazzi photos from the trip, the critic commented: “It’s 30 degrees in New York and she gets out of the limo in a white Miami smock, her bra visible to everyone. No taste. Nothing. A cashmere turtleneck, flannel trousers and a wool jacket can be classy.
Someone else sharply asked: “Who can be the first to tell her that she looks tacky and not elegant and refined? Does she even know what sophistication means? A 3rd person noted: “She looks more like she’s wearing a bathrobe.”

Another person wrote in a comment from a licensed pilot: “White means…” possibly referring to rumors that Sánchez and Bezos are scheduled to exchange vows over Christmas. At least one person doubted the couple would have the opportunity to say “I do.” This person said: “This will be the longest engagement ever. They will NEVER get married and we all know why!!!!”
Sánchez told the “Today” show hosts that she was in the process of planning the big day last month. She didn’t comment on speculation about exchanging Christmas vows.
Renewed interest and scrutiny of Sánchez has increased as the pair have been spotted in various locations in recent months. The couple reportedly began dating in 2018. Their engagement was announced five years later, in May 2023. Their upcoming wedding can be a second journey for each of them.
Sánchez was previously married to celebrity agent Patric Whitesell, with whom she has two children. She can be the mother of a son, whom she shares with Pro Football Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez. Bezos was married to the mother of his three children, Mackenzie Scott, for 25 years once they divorced in 2019.

Apart from the song with singer-songwriter India Shawn – Andscape
India Shawn is a contemporary muse with a chilled nature, crafting love stories and heartfelt tales in smooth, charming songs. With over a decade of experience in the music industry as a singer-songwriter, Shawn has incredible strength. She was born in Los Angeles, and her musical roots reach throughout the country. Beginning her profession in her hometown, Shawn eventually found herself in Atlanta, where she immersed herself in the city’s deep-rooted R&B scene, further shaping her artistry.
“I transferred to ATL, I was in 10th grade, and that’s when my music journey really started,” Shawn told Andscape. “I met people who were trying to get by, so I ended up recording and learned what songwriting was really early on.”
Before releasing her debut EP in 2012, Shawn wrote songs and collaborated with artists similar to Chris Brown, El DeBarge, Keri Hilson and Monica. In 2013, she gained much more notoriety when Solange Knowles published her song “I’m Alive” on the Saint Heron compilationmarking her as an artist value watching.
Following the release of the single “There Must Be a God” from the Andscape soundtrack, she caught up with Shawn to learn more about the muse behind the vibes.

Artistic soundscape
Airy, soft, telling a story, multidimensional, soft, mysterious, atmospheric
The oldest musical memory
Shawn’s soulful sound is deeply rooted in her upbringing, with influences drawn from her childhood memories and the musical culture of her church. “I sing with my sister all the time, and I also grew up singing behind my mom in church. She was the leader of praise and worship. So I feel like most of us R&B kids have that experience,” Shawn said. “I had these little solos in church, and I believe what made me consider in it was that after the service people got here as much as me with tears of their eyes and said, ‘You really moved me while you sang.’ “These early moments of connection with music and audiences laid the foundation for conveying depth and sensitivity through her music.
Influences
For Shawn, music, especially R&B, has all the time held a special place in her life. “Me and my sister are harmonizing in the living room, just picking some of our favorite songs, including for me Mariah Carey, Babyface, Boyz II Men and (and) Brandy,” she said of her early music memories.
Creative process
Shawn often draws inspiration from real-life experiences and relationships that influence her music. She weaves this into the authenticity and atmosphere of her songs, but she didn’t immediately recognize where her inspiration got here from. “It’s funny that it took me so long to make that connection, but I realized that I was telling my whole story and presenting my business through my music,” she said. “It took me two albums to realize, wait a minute, I’m giving people a lot to understand here… these aren’t just songs. This is truly the life I live.”
Challenges and development
As Shawn’s profession grows, so do his moments of appreciation and reflection. “I literally just thought about a very gradual progression of my career. It’s like step by step, but there are more breakthrough moments. My first tour, which was so beautiful, I just knew I could pack a room and people knew my lyrics and sang my songs to me. Those moments that make the waiting not in vain.”
Shawn has plenty of recommendation for up-and-coming singer-songwriters. Her biggest sacrifice? Collaboration is essential. “I think (cooperation) is really why I’m still here. So find your people… you’ll know when it feels right, you’ll have that freedom and fluidity, and you’ll be able to really create things and create without having to think too much.” He also shares the importance of patience. “Just be patient during the journey. This has been a theme throughout my profession. Let it develop. I feel like more things come from being in that flow and being present reasonably than forcing all of it.
Current project
“There should be a God”, the lead single from Andscape , now streaming on Hulu, also serves as a teaser for Shawn’s solo album. “(This song) is such a manifestation of God’s love,” she said. “I think when you find yourself in a place of waiting, you can feel very hopeless. So when you see glimpses of God’s love again, or the fact that you know there is a higher power, there is a source that is thinking about you, has you in mind, has a perfect plan for you, it’s just like the clouds parting. And this is the moment, I understand. I understand that I had to go through all this to get here. And that’s exactly what I felt in the studio that day.”
