Could singer Jennifer Hudson be the one to shut down Common?

Fans are divided after the rapper’s recent appearance on her talk show. Many people turn out to be fully invested of their love story by noticing the chemistry between the two – the way in which they smile at one another, blush when the opposite person talks, and effortlessly share kind words.

However, some fans are wary of Common’s string of past relationships, fearing that JHud is perhaps the subsequent woman he charms, just for her to find yourself heartbroken.

Many fans fear that rapper Common may break singer Jennifer Hudson’s heart after he said he would marry her “if” he ever gets married. (Photo: The Jennifer Hudson Show/YouTube.)

The Oscar winner made his second appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” to promote his latest album with hip-hop icon Pete Rock. But while he and “Wonderful Chocolate Boy” were there to speak about “The Auditorium Vol. 1,” much of the interview focused on Common’s relationship with “American Idol’s” EGOT.

“I heard you even talked about marriage. What is it about?” Hudson told her boyfriend of two years.

Common replied, “You know what, you told me a quote that your mother said: ‘A person knows what he wants.’ I talked about my true feelings, listen, Jennifer is that person.

“If I’m going to marry Jennifer Kate Hudson,” he continued, giving her full name. “I was just being honest.”

The “I Used to Love Her” rapper asked Hudson, “What do you think?”

After confessing that her late mother would have adored him, the “Dreamgirls” actor said: “I would agree. I think it’s a beautiful thing. I think you are a worthy person and, you know, I support this idea (of marriage). I think it’s a beautiful idea.”

“I’ll say it,” she added with cautious reservation: “You know, in due time, if it ever comes to fruition.”

Speaking as if it were just the two of them, despite the fact that they were in front of a live studio audience and hundreds of thousands of viewers at home, Common said: “I’m listening to God more and more and, you understand, I feel like I understand what my purpose is — and that is the purpose “

The singer posted clips on social media, and her fans expressed mixed feelings that bordered on concern and full support. Hudson and Common even kissed on the lips after he gave her a necklace with a hummingbird pendant and a blanket with the words “gift of love” written on it.

In one clip sent on Instagram, one fan said: “Really don’t trust this guy, he’s broken too many queens’ hearts.”

Another added: “Don’t let him play in your face, sister. Check out his achievements,” as another person wrote, “Stop playing @common, define your goal: the man who will discover that good Thang will gain the Lord’s favor.”

A fourth comment read: “I loved him with Tiffany. I got used to seeing him with Jennifer…. praying he would not hurt her heart. She would never deserve this.

But not everyone was wearing tinted glasses while watching the conversation between the two lovebirds.

On one other one fasting, fans were evenly divided.

“I just pray these are his true feelings because we all know the history of his tracks. Let’s hope it is a thing of the past,” wrote one other.

A Common supporter said: “All this man did was do what single men do – date. Now he’s teamed up with Jenn and appears like he’s found the one. I hope so.

“I love it for them,” the comment read, adding: “No matter how his previous relationships were, I can see the difference in how he expresses his love for her! When you know, you know!!!”

While fans remain divided, it’s clear that Common and Hudson are fascinated by one another. This love bombing comes as rumors of her pregnancy are circulating online and the rapper comes out and opens up about his feelings for her during interviews.

However, this is not the primary time the world has seen the previous FAMU Rattler fall in love with someone special.

Neighborly conversation too sent clip for an episode where fans express many of the identical opinions.

But one IG user noted, “He said that about Serena, Tiffany, Erica Badu, etc! This man has commitment issues please lol…common could be very COMMON.

Many still remember his time with Erykah Badu, during which he wore crocheted hats and pants. Others remember his long-term relationship with actress Taraji P. Henson and his temporary romance with tennis icon Serena Williams.

Common’s past relationship with comedian Tiffany Haddish made headlines, and he or she claimed he left without fully communicating that he was done dating her. The first couple dated from 2020 to 2021 after meeting while filming the 2019 film “The Kitchen.”

He and Hudson’s romance began in an identical way after filming the sci-fi movie “Breathe.”

However, in none of her previous relationships did the Chicago resident blush and talk so openly about marriage.
