Rapper and reality star Yung Joc is filming the upcoming season of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” and as usual, the media has jumped into his story with headlines suggesting he could also be cheating on his wife once more.

Known for his 2006 hit “It’s Goin’ Down,” Joc has been married to Atlanta attorney Kendra Robinson for 2 and a half years. The couple got married on the show in November 2021. However, since then, their marriage has been affected by rumors, often portraying Joc as unfaithful. Despite some issues, each he and Kendra told the world that they were a solid unit.

Recent events may change this. The viral video raised suspicions again, forcing the Atlanta artist to address the matter head-on and fight for his marriage.

The latest controversy was sparked by the celebrity gossip website Gossip in the City, which posted a video of Joc talking to an unidentified woman in a white dress. The short clip shows him standing close to her and seemingly touching her, which quickly went viral.

Some social media users online expressed the identical sentiment, writing, “It looked like she was swearing at him,” or that the 2 were arguing. One person he said“I do know I’m blind, but hmmm, it looks like they’re talking. Look how his hands are positioned.

Another said: “Ole girl is standing WAY too close to explain anything! He must have asked her to take 2 steps back because she did not have the common sense to do it herself.

Some even believed that the woman looked like Kendra from behind. However, Joc confirmed it wasn’t her when the difficulty was raised on his syndicated radio show, “Yung Joc & The Streetz Morning Takeover Show.”

In the June 20 episode, he explained that he learned about the distribution of the film from his co-host Mz. Shynek, who told him his name was everywhere in the Internet Wednesday night.

Joc admitted that he had not initially seen the video and had to check the web site to understand the accusations. He vehemently denied claims that he held the woman’s hands and hugged her. He was so unnerved by the movie that he said, “I couldn’t even sleep last night.”

The post comes days after Kendra shared a touching tribute to her husband on Father’s Day: writing“Happy Father’s Day my love @joclive we love and appreciate you for everything you do for our family.”

As he and his friend wanted to dismiss the post, Shyneka identified that the location misspelled Joc’s name in the unique post and that others thought the clip actually looked suspicious. It doesn’t appear to be he would pursue a woman in a romantic way.

Former Bad Boy South recording artist expressed frustration with the rumors, stating, “I’m dealing with it at home in real life right now.”

“I woke up my wife and said, ‘Hey, let me (talk to you) before you wake up in the morning and see all this,’” Joc shared together with his listeners.

When Shyneka said, “It was a player,” he interjected and said, “No, it was real. It was the thing you need to have done.

Still, despite his upset over the clip, Joc defended himself, insisting that the video that caused such a stir was misleading, saying: “It might have looked like our hands touched.” He maintains that if people have a look at the case impartially, they’ll see that there’s nothing incriminating in the video.

“If you have a look at this video, am I being hugged? It’s not a hug,” the fact star said.

Joc mentioned that he was actually confronting the woman and trying to defuse the situation after an incident involving her, another person, and Tamar Braxton.

The father of nine identified that folks who simply watch and comment for entertainment don’t realize that the situation could easily lead to his wife considering divorce.

This video also comes lower than a month after she took on the bonus mom social media on the occasion of the twenty first birthday of Joc’s second daughter.

This comes years after Kendra shamed him for having nine children with five different women.

“If Kendra doesn’t get a thicker skin,” the comment reads, adding: “You’re with this man, be comfortable and keep fighting. He’s at all times screaming and crying, worrying about something.

At one point in the interview, Shyneka noted that Joc ignored Kendra’s call on air, but when she received a call, she answered.

Joc then reveals that he received a text from his wife, who saw the video, and sent him a text where he sends it to her mother and assures her that it’ll be different this time.

“I’m divorcing Jasiel, mom. He was accused of cheating on the blog, so I’m fed up,” Kendra wrote, according to Joc. “This is what I deal with in real life.”

Joc reiterated that the video didn’t show him behaving inappropriately. He called for honesty in reporting and suggested that if someone watched the footage rigorously, they might see that he had done nothing flawed.

While filming “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” the 43-year-old noted, cameras in every single place capture greater than what’s visible in the film. He was then asked if he suspected that somebody on the show can have leaked the misleading video, but he wasn’t sure.

He was cautious about blaming those he has worked with since 2014, saying: “I don’t know if anyone just didn’t want to do it, but it’s a problem because it doesn’t seem like there’s anything that can be done.”

Although he didn’t want to comment on it, fans were quick to call out the producers for causing chaos in his home. One said: “These reality show producers are DIRTY and will destroy the happy home for ratings. I’ve said it many times. I bet it was one of those stupid young producers who filmed it and then posted it. I hope @joclive finds out who posted this and shows off the (peach emoji).”

Regardless, the self-proclaimed former “womanizer” felt the necessity to address the situation publicly due to the potential damage to his personal life.
