‘Power Book II: Ghost’ Season 4, Episode 1: I Can’t Wait Until Everyone Dies

One of my favorite movie franchises is “Fast and Furious” – not since it’s a world filled with great acting and an incredible story, but since it began as a real-world movie and changed into a series of films that took my breath away. breasts. Ludacris and Tyrese in a automobile into space and it wasn’t even the craziest thing that happened in all the movie.
This is what I consider the Power series (nobody has been to space…yet) and why I love Ghost a lot. Just a couple of years ago, everyone who watched “Power” (the unique series, which has to date spawned three spin-offs) wanted Tariq St dead. Patrick. He was an annoying, privileged wealthy kid turned criminal whose father looked as if it would hate him (even in death) with one goal in mind: to graduate from Stansfield University as quickly as possible so he could get his trust fund and reunite his family. Since season one, we have been gifted with the worst mother ever in Monet Tejada (more on that later), possibly the good and costliest wardrobe on TV, an English 101 class called Canon Studies that by some means equates to a 12 months of faculty experience, and probably the most pointless prospect the highest NBA draft pick of all time. “Ghost” checks every box in terms of WTF? and/or the Ain’t No Way Olympics. Oh, that family he was attempting to reunite? No factor.
Love it. The creators of this series are a few of the most creative minds of all time. Why am I saying this? I’m glad you asked.
This latest (and unfortunately final) season is off to an ideal start.
We start from where the last season ended: Brayden shows up on the warehouse where Tariq is about to be killed by Kane and Noma. Kane believes that Tariq tried to kill Monet, which is just partially true. If you remember, Diana and Dru wanted Tariq to do it, but his mother showed off and gave it her all. Either way, the concept is that Tariq and Brayden will escape and we’ll join them in attempting to determine what to do. This is where it gets funny.
Featured Stories
Tariq and Brayden SOMEHOW store military weapons and switch them into “Call of Duty” special ops shooters. Look, I’m not saying Tariq and Brayden don’t go to the shooting range sometimes, but we never see it they usually at all times appear to be running away from somewhere attempting to get that paper. Still, they’ve their trusty military weapons and begin shooting at people on the airport. Love it. This doesn’t make sense, but I’m 100% here for it.
Let’s discuss with Monet quickly. I’m glad she’s not dead yet. After being shot, Monet undergoes surgery and in her sleep, while we wait for her to live or die, she is visited by Mecca and Lorenzo (her ex-husband and father of her children), who emphasize what a terrible mother she is. I’ve written about this before, nevertheless it was nice to listen to it. She killed Mecca herself after which had Lorenzo killed. Her son Zeke died due to her. The thing is, Monet is terrible, but I want her to live a bit longer. Don’t get it twisted; he has to die sooner or later… but not yet.
Dru and Diana must die too. First of all, they tried to kill their mother because she killed their father, which I completely understand. But do your dirty work, guys. Second, Diana completely backs out of her plan to kill Monet because Monet was trying to save lots of her WHILE she was attempting to kill Monet. Diana is a terrible decision maker; she has to go. It’s time for Dru. I haven’t any real reason for him to go away, but I just cannot wait. I cannot inform you how excited I was when I thought Tariq was going to kill him in the primary episode.
This brings us to the purpose of the primary episode: EVERYONE is attempting to get to Tariq and Brayden. Noma. Cane. Diana. Dru. This must be a fun season, people.
Oh, oh!!! I forgot Davis was still around too. It was funny. Oh, and the ghost of Angela Valdez still haunts Saint’s family. Patrick, because Angela’s nephew has just began working for the DEA and is already getting a hot girl because of Tariq (well, it’s really his fault, but when we admit it, there isn’t any reason for a brand new character played by Michael Ealy).
As for the primary episode of the ultimate season, I think I’m fully able to get back to this season and I really regret that that is the last one. But since that is life, let me make a prediction: Cane is the one survivor.
If Tariq and Brayden are still alive, we will not end the show, so not less than one in all them has to die. And I just WANT everyone else to die, for closure.
For me.

Despite the mixed reception of Boos and laughter from the gang, Barkley remained unmoved when he continued a joke, which at the identical time entertained and offended the inhabitants of San Antonio for almost 20 years.
The basketball legend softened the initial negative response, praising San Antonio as a “great city” and expressing admiration for coach Spurs Gregg Popovich and the band, then immediately began his controversial remarks.
“Yes, you got some B – Ches,” said Barkle, adding one other chapter to what became one of essentially the most durable losers in the sports media.

Many residents appeared to be joking with Stride, and one commentator Tiktok writes: “You can call him all except a liar.”
Another compatriot from San Antonio agreed, commenting: “He is not wrong and I am a native. There are several huge b -ches here.”
Others admired his sticking, and one person noticed: “double?
However, not everyone found humor in Barkley’s multiple stabs.
Some commentators pushed themselves against sexist tons, and one person wrote: “They are such a stupid misogytic word” before they criticized those that laughed, adding: “half of their mothers look like those girls they talk about.”
Feud reaches almost 20 years, when Barkley first commented on “Big Ol” Women in San Antonio “, discussing Spurs in” Inside the NBA “.
Since then, he still refers back to the joke, comparing the “Lean Houston Women” with “Women-Ass women in San Antonio” in 2019, and in 2021 noting that ladies from San Antonio couldn’t fit in the door, According to to BROBBible.com.

In March 2023, he even called the favored river in town “dirty, small stream.” Reported.
The response has been significant over the years.
Tim Duncan’s girlfriend famously answered the wearing of the shirt “Barkley don’t know”, a trend that attracted many local women.
Waste intensified in 2015, when Abby Lentz published A 4 -page article through a coalition of obesity condemning Barkley’s discriminatory comments.
In an article entitled “Basketball, Barkley and Fat Bashing” she said: “I felt like I came back to Junior High again.”
Until 2021, the pressure presses to such an extent that Warner Bros. Apparently, he asked Barkley to stop making these jokes in “Inside the Nba”. Barkley blamed “Cancel Culture” for the ban, telling journalists: “Nowadays you can’t even play without these Jackass, trying to cancel you and the like.”
He defended himself, saying: “I did not call anyone personally fat in San Antonio, I just joked.”
When the middle of Auburn Dylan Cardwell got here to San Antonio for the last 4, he jokingly commented that “he did not see any of the women he was talking about Charles Barkley.”

Despite the criticism, he known as for cancellation and formal requests to stop, Barkley’s return to San Antonio concerning the last 4 shows his reluctance to desert what has turn out to be his signature.
April 8 NBA on TNT common The Barkley clip participating in the “Pop The Balloon” viral dating game, in which singles attempt to catch a date with one completely happy competitor. However, in the event that they don’t like what they see or hear, they may sleep a balloon to justify the sport. Because Barkley participated in the sport in San Antonio, there isn’t a doubt that he is not going to be lucky with women.
Women had many explanation why they rejected the prospect to fall in love with Barkley, including the indisputable fact that he likes the “wolf” Churros and that he lacks muscles. “You don’t even have any rings,” one of the participants joked.
As one of the commentators aptly noted, at this point it seems that you would be able to’t stop Barkley.
The more the redemption he receives from women from San Antonio, the more determined it seems to consolidate his controversial joke – the testimony of his unanimous approach to the comedy, which still divides recipients in the style of humor and sensitivity in the era of an increasing number of defined by the standards of acceptable public discourse.
