Young mothers share how their attitude towards beauty has changed after giving birth

How has your approach to beauty and well-being changed since having a toddler?

Before I had a baby, my wellness routine was very demanding and indulgent. I repeatedly attended physiotherapy, pilates, strength training and massage sessions to stop work-related postural imbalances and stay fit. Now I attempt to exercise 2-3 days every week, but the remaining are rare indulgences that I almost never have time for in my schedule. I select sleep above all else.
