This season, your skincare routine may require extra hydration than before. According to Cetaphila, the transition from high to low temperatures in the autumn can stress your skin—causing rashes, itching and dryness that chances are you’ll not have had in the summertime. However, using simpler (and cheap) ingredients after which stacking them is the sensitive skin solution chances are you’ll need this fall.

“Putting out skincare products is like arranging jewelry,” singer-songwriter Justyna Skye says ESSENCE. “Start with the thinnest products, then layer the thicker ones on top. [Stacking] depends on how many products you have in your skincare routine, but I hope it’s not too many.”

The Atlantic Records artist – also known for her glowing, pore-free complexion – uses just a number of key products to keep up her skin within the hours between her busy schedule. “I don’t like to use too many products,” Skye says, with each step under $25. In the morning he starts with Cetaphil Gentle skin cleanser then applies highlighting Vitamin C serum before sealing the ingredient with a moisturizer.

Skye learned about skincare as a baby, following the instance of her mother’s skincare routine. “I was introduced to Cetaphil at a very young age because it was a staple in my home,” she says. Now, throughout the season of family gatherings and group vacations, “my main concern is reassurance [my skin stays] hydrated due to weather changes during the trip.”

While some may interrupt their morning skincare routine, Skye adds a nightly application session to her each day regimen: “The Vitamin C Serum is a very lightweight product, so you can apply it twice a day, and then I use Ceramide serum since it guarantees proper hydration.”

Before bed is one of the best time to use vitamins – which offer antioxidants, radiance and even skin tone and texture – with ceramides layered on top to repair the skin’s protective barrier when you sleep. As a final step, “I’ll add a little more moisturizer to absorb everything overnight, and then maybe a facial mist.”

“It’s very important to follow your skin care routine carefully in the evening,” she says, to stop discoloration, pimples and skin fatigue. Although a cult product in 10 steps skin exfoliation routine can regenerate your dry, sensitive skin, the deliberate combination of clinically proven pharmaceutical ingredients is the answer to seasonal skin problems. “I think it’s the most effective way to care for your skin.”

Hallmark Channel, widely known for romantic comedies and holiday movies, is in legal trouble. This week Diversity reports that the media company is the topic of a brand new age discrimination lawsuit.

The lawsuit filed against the studio alleged that Hallmark executive vp of programming Lisa Hamilton Daly told employees she didn’t want to cast “older people” because they didn’t fit her vision for the channel. Daly reportedly singled out stars similar to 60-year-old Holly Robinson Peete, giving examples of “old talent” that needed to be “replaced.”

“Nobody wants it because it’s too expensive and too old. He can no longer play leading roles,” the lawsuit quotes a Hallmark executive as saying, according to Variety.

Other stars also named within the lawsuit include Lacey Chabert, 42, and casting director Penny Perry. Perry, who filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Oct. 9, claims she was abruptly terminated after nine years with the corporate. The casting director claims she was fired because Daly was trying to find “young talent.”

In September 2021, Daly joined Hallmark as executive vp of programming with experience working at other major networks similar to Netflix and A+E Networks. In the lawsuit, Perry claims Daly deemed her “too old to work in her position and maneuvered to push her out of the company,” allegedly moving her office to a distinct floor, excluding her from meetings and more.

In response to the allegations, Hallmark denied the lawsuit’s claims in an announcement Diversity AND Deadline.

“Lacey and Holly have a house on Hallmark. We generally do not comment on ongoing court proceedings. And while we deny these outrageous allegations, we will not discuss labor relations in the media.”

“I can’t even believe that damn CHER and MERYL STREEP saved me,” one person noted, adding: “I would totally forget about sa and I would be impressed too.”

Cher has told this story persistently. When she visited “The Ellen Show” in 2018, she shared the identical story, except with some new details, resembling adding that the incident occurred at night and the person was wearing a tracksuit or basketball shorts.

She also explained that the person was a robber and “wanted” her purse, but made no mention of sexual assault.

Cher also said she thought, “I’m going to kill myself. My friend is going to kill me,” but once the danger was over, the buddies began trying to cure the young lady once they were recognized.
