The day after the show, YouTube channel The Comedy Hype published an interview with content creator Arthur “Choke No Joke” Alston, who alleged that Sean Diddy Combs had physically assaulted Foxx.

Choke No Joke told the website that “industry insiders” imagine Diddy is the one that caused Jamie to take a medical break in April 2023.

Additionally, Choke opened up about unfounded rumors about Diddy allegedly drugging Foxx. He also announced that he was present at the first and last recordings of “What Had Happened Was” in Atlanta.

“There was a rumor going around that the whole time Jamie was out… Diddy did this to him. He allegedly caught Jamie filming, they told Jamie to relax, he would not chill and allegedly Diddy he and his security beat Jamie’s ass and that is why Jamie was allegedly in the hospital.

Choke even spoke out in a video of Foxx claiming he was placed on the mistaken pill, which Choke also said “is connected to Diddy.”

“Jamie Foxx states in this special that Diddy was responsible for what happened to him and he was the one who called the FBI on him,” Choke No Joke said. “I do not think he was joking. By watching the show, you all can judge whether he was joking or not.

The producer also claimed that after Foxx told the joke, he told the audience, “And I was the one who called the feds (Diddy).”
