Trina and her recent husband “Swurv” do not have a prenuptial agreement, however the star says she’s not fearful about it because she knows where every penny of their house goes.

The “baddest chick,” who can now be called Ms. Kearse, got involved with her partner, Benjamin Leon Kearse Jr., also generally known as Swurv, last May. During a recent visit to Keyshia Ka’oir’s podcast, she was asked in the event that they secured a prenup before getting married, to which she replied no, but they didn’t need one because she knew the whole lot.

“I didn’t do it. Because my husband brings me all his money,” Ka’oir said, noting that she receives notifications about his spending habits. – He cannot spend a penny without my consent. He cannot spend a dime on anything unless it goes through me.

She added: “This phone is starting to ring… I can see everything.”

Before they became Kears, we saw the couple during Season 5 within the spring of 2024. She was head over heels in love back then, and while talking to Carlos King on his podcast over the summer, she talked about how he became her protected space after many losses, including her death mother, brother and niece.

“Honestly, for me it’s just a breath of fresh air, a sense of security, a certainty that I know, believe and trust what I feel,” she said on the time. “I feel like it’s more than just a relationship now. You see it, but I control my privacy the way I want, as opposed to what we do because people should see it. I don’t care. If you see it, well. I’m not hiding. I’m happy. I’m confident. He is extremely confident. And it’s more than just a relationship. We built a friendship. Every day is like being with your best friend.”

The beauty will probably tell a little more about their love story in her recent memoir, which is now on newsstands.
