Azria Estate, a sprawling 30,000-square-foot estate, is steeped in Hollywood history.

Originally owned by BCBG founder Max Azria, the 3-acre estate boasts 14 bedrooms, landscaped gardens, a greenhouse, a guest house and an infinity pool with sauna, According to to TMZ.

The house features Georgian Colonial architecture, designed by the famous Paul Williams. Its charm is enhanced by classical columns and complicated moldings.

However, acquiring the property is probably not that easy for Lopez.

The property was put up for auction earlier this yr, with billionaire Ron Burkle placing the winning bid of $30 million. Burkle is now embroiled in a legal dispute with Max Azria’s widow, Lubov Azria, over an alleged breach of contract related to the sale.

Among other things, she objects to a provision within the agreement that offers Azria the choice to lease the property after the sale. Still, the “Love Don’t Cost A Thing” singer has reportedly shown renewed interest, visiting the property multiple times since August, and it’s available on the market for $55 million whilst the dispute stays in court.

Lopez is reportedly in negotiations with each Burkle and Lubov Azria to finalize the deal. Sources suggest Lopez is attempting to get the value all the way down to somewhere between $30 million and $39 million, According to to page six.

If the acquisition proves successful, it’ll open a daring recent chapter in Lopez’s post-split life as she looks to buy some of the prestigious properties in Los Angeles.
