Tamron Hall’s 5-year-old daughter stole her iPhone and ordered 75 onions
Tamron Hall encountered a modern-day parenting dilemma this week when her digital child got his hands on her iPhone. After she placed her weekly grocery order, her 5-year-old son, Moses, sneaked into the app to do his own shopping.
IN Video on InstagramHall said that after delivering her grocery order, she was surprised to find a surplus of onions. As it seems, her son had sneaked into the app and added a whopping 75 yellow onions. The talk show host was beside herself in her first video, asking viewers, “What am I supposed to do with 75 yellow onions?”
(*75*) explained that the order for onions, which amusingly filled three bags of groceries, got here to almost $90.
“If anyone has gone through this in their life, please let me know,” Hall continued. “I’ve heard of kids ordering apps and games and things like that.”
“Oniongate,” because the famous mom officially called the situation, ended with a mother and son donating their surplus vegetables to an area soup kitchen.
In a video update, Hall and Moses, who she shares with husband Steven Greener, were on their method to make a donation when she asked him “how many” onions. He excitedly replied, “75!”
“Many of you have been talking about donating and that is what we have done,” she added.

The book, already a No. 1 bestseller in the vacation cooking category on Amazon, will deliver 79 recipes in addition to an up-close have a look at Hall’s life at home in Sag Harbor, N.Y., and, in fact, within the kitchen.
While The March episode of her talk show where she announced the upcoming title, she said, “I went from 2008 when I never really cooked to losing my father who cooked every meal for us, and my love letter and thank you to him in heaven was to start me becoming a confident cook.”
Hall says the cookbook has “everything,” including a recipe for her own version of Sock-It-to-Em cake, pasta dishes and breakfast ideas.
Perhaps Moses was “sure” that his mother would know what to do when the onion arrived!
