Bow Wow’s 13-Year-Old Daughter Shai Moss Is Slammed for ‘Inappropriate’ Outfit, Fans Come to Her Defense

Chris Brown’s concert tour has taken social media by storm, with fans recently noticing that the talented artist is attracting not only fans but celebrities to his shows as well.

On August 8, Brown’s longtime friend and rapper Bow Wow shared on social media that his daughter Shai Moss was attending the ultimate stop of his “11:11” tour on the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. However, the post sparked some controversy amongst fans, who argued that Chai’s outfit was too mature for her age.

In a video posted to Instagram, Bow Wow Shai wears a pleated denim skirt and a dark strapless top as she dances to the famous TikTok dance that goes together with 310babii’s song “Soak City (Do It).”

This dance can be performed by Brown and his dancers, and their popularity increased greatly while on tour.

Bow Wow captioned the video, “OMG YO BRO,” before tagging Brown and adding, “COME GET YOUR NIECE.”

Although Shai seems to be having an important time together with her mother Joie Chavis, some picky fans think her outfit is inappropriate for her age.

Some fans claimed Shai was 10, but because it seems, according to each of her parents’ social media accounts, she turned 13 in April. Other fans got here to Shai’s defense, saying she’s of the age to wear a two-piece.

Shai’s mother, Chavis, is an expert dancer. For the past few years, the mother-daughter duo has been appearing on their mother’s TikTok page, performing duet dance videos. Viewers were quick to notice that Shai had inherited her dancing skills, as Chavis’s has attracted a whole lot of hundreds of views and likes.

While she still occasionally appears on her mother’s page, Chavis has scaled back Shai’s posting to honor her wishes. The soon-to-be mother of three told fans last yr that she doesn’t post Shai because she “doesn’t like being filmed.”

In 2021, Shai made her acting debut within the Nickelodeon series Side Hustle, but because it seems, she would reasonably not do it.
