Swae Lee tries to discourage people from voting for Kamala Harris
Music artist Swae Lee has faced a wave of criticism after he allegedly posted on social media urging people not to vote for presumptive Democratic presidential candidate and current Vice President of the United States, Kamala Harris.
On July 27, the artist, who’s one half of the Mississippi hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd, took to the X platform to advise his fans to “do your research” and never vote for vp within the upcoming presidential election against former President Donald Trump.
Don’t vote for Kamala!!! Do some research on the entire camp.

In an attempt to discourage voters from electing the primary black woman president, she blames the country’s support for Ukraine against its known enemy Russia. She claims she pays tens of millions of dollars in taxes a 12 months to have the cash sent to “Another Country Completely!!!!!!!!!” She urges people to take into consideration “Those little dollars that come off your checks, give them away!!!!!”
The recording artist seems to think that the cash that the United States gave to one other country could find yourself in our pockets. He seems to think that each “American citizen” would have gotten no less than $200,000 if those funds had not been given to Ukraine. He specifically scolds black people and states that Harris is doing nothing “but sign things against all of you.” She warns that voting for her because “we” think she’s black “won’t end in our favor.”
The money we sent, every American citizen could get no less than 200k, give it some thought, but I do not think we want this shit 🤷🏽♂️ and y’all are running for Kamala. My black people, she does nothing but sign things against you…(us) voting simply because you think that she’s black…

He continued his campaign to diss Harris, ending his rant with a video clip sent to him by one other X user who presumably agreed along with his views on the vp. The clip was from the 2020 Democratic presidential debate, by which Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard criticizes Harris’ record as a San Francisco prosecutor.
“You better watch out! And there’s a lot more”
