HBCU GO Unveils 26-Game Football Schedule for 2024 Season

Allen Media Group’s HBCU GO streaming platform announced its football schedule for the 2024 season on Thursday.

There will likely be 26 football games this season, including eight Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) games, nine Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) games and 14 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) games, in line with a press release. SWAC games include the Southern Heritage Classic, six comeback games and the CIAA Football Championship.

Byron Allen, founder, chairman and CEO of Allen Media Group, parent company of HBCU GO, which also owns Grio, said the corporate is “proud to showcase the best of HBCU football.”

“The time is now for HBCUs, and HBCU GO is the go-to place for coverage of Black college sports and culture,” Allen added in a press release.

HBCU GO CEO Curtis Symond said the platform is “ready to provide our audience with the most comprehensive HBCU football coverage available.”
