WATCH: Powerful drama series ‘The Family Business’ returns to BET+

The exciting drama series The Family Business returns for Season 5, premiering July 4 on BET+. The ten-episode season, written by Carl Weber, premieres with two episodes at the start, followed by a brand new episode every Thursday, with the finale on August 29, 2024.

Season 5 returns to the civil war between the Duncan family and their biggest enemy yet – one in every of LC’s sons. When he, Chippy and the complete clan welcome Vegas home, they’re disheartened that Junior is leaving the family. While LC does all the pieces to protect his blood, allies grow to be enemies who hatch a plan to take over The Table. A thief within the night seems to be greater than only a random robber and leads Rio on a hunt that may change the Duncan family perpetually. Meanwhile, Paris’ ex, Niles Monroe, unexpectedly reappears with a warning of sweet revenge.

Directed by Trey Haley, Ernie Hudson reprises his role as LC Duncan, patriarch and CEO of Duncan Motors. He stars in The Family Business alongside Valarie Pettiford, Darrin Henson, Javicia Leslie, Sean Ringgold, Tami Roman, Arrington Foster, Michael Jai ​​White, LisaRaye McCoy and others.
