Born in College Park, Georgia, Tauheed Epps, known by his rap name 2 Chainz, is currently the owner of the Smoothie King franchise.

According to a press release from the Atlanta Hawks, their official smoothie partner, Smoothie King, announced that the favored recording artist is its newest franchisee. The artist just launched the brand new kiosk on June 26 at State Farm Arena, right before the NBA Draft Party for the Atlanta Hawks.

“I visit Smoothie King at least twice a week, so this collaboration has been long awaited,” 2 Chainz said in a written statement. “Opening Smoothie King at State Farm Arena appeared like the best move. Throughout my health journey I even have been conscious of my decisions and when I’m going to games and events it isn’t any different – I’m at all times on the lookout for nutritious options and Smoothie King is in a category of its own relating to delicious smoothies without added sugar. I’m proud to have joined the brand.”

Smoothie King has been with the Hawks since 2023.

The company has a Clean Blends initiative that matches into 2 Chainz’s health track. The Smoothie King menu will contain only whole vegatables and fruits, without artificial colours, flavors and preservatives, and the products chosen by consumers won’t contain grams of added sugar. Smoothie Bowls may even be on offer.

“As we continue to grow, we’re thrilled to welcome 2 Chainz to our family of franchisees — not to mention one of our amazing partners in the Atlanta Hawks,” said Wan Kim, CEO of Smoothie King. (*2*)

Fans will give you the option to select from Smoothie King’s hottest blends. Options include Angel Food, Gladiator Vanilla, Caribbean Way and more.
