How to stay cool without air conditioning while sleeping in the summer

Many domestic cities are experiencing serious difficulties heat wave, causing people to get creative with ways to stay cool without continuously using the air conditioner. Some of us is probably not lucky enough to have an air conditioner. Whether you are trying to rest or calm down at home, the heat could make it unbearable. To aid you survive the hot summer, we’ve got developed ways to cool down even without access to an air conditioner.
Hydrate: Hydration is vital during the summer months! Drink water steadily to help regulate your body temperature.
Before resting, take a cool shower: Taking a cool shower or cold bath can assist cool down your body, which can allow you to sleep faster because your body temperature is just not too high.
Step away from alcohol: Try to avoid alcohol and heavy foods before bed as they will interfere with the release of melatonin, a hormone that helps you sleep.
Wear loose clothes: Wearing tight pajamas could cause discomfort, sweating and make it difficult to go to sleep. Instead of wearing heavy pajamas, wear loose clothing or soft, breathable pajamas, or wear nothing to bed.
Consider recent bedding: Make sure your bedding is breathable and light-weight. You may not want to select silk sheets, which can cause sweating. Instead, search for cooling properties in your sheets, comparable to cotton, bamboo, linen and others.
Open windows: There’s nothing like experiencing fresh air indoors, especially in the evening. Although it could be hot, you’ll be able to expect a peaceful breeze at night to aid you sleep.
Use a small fan: Even without access to an air conditioner, you’ll be able to still feel the breeze by utilizing a small fan. Use a gantry fan to create circulation in your room, which can help your body release heat. Place a fan in front of a window to create airflow and ensure optimal cooling.
