Isabella Strahan dances at the end of chemo
Isabella Strahan has pleased feet. Michael Strahan’s 19-year-old daughter, who’s documenting her journey through treatment for a malignant brain tumor, has just finished chemotherapy.
On Saturday, June 8, the University of Southern California student posted a video online of herself dancing along with her twin sister Sophia Strahan. ICT Tok as she announced the milestone in a text overlay. Bryson Tiller’s “Let Em’ Know” was playing in the background.
Isabella captioned the video, “Did it,” which is a pun on the popular song (“It’s time to do it”).
Isabella reached this significant milestone in her journey six months after first announcing that she had been diagnosed with medulloblastoma multiforme. Although rare at her age, medulloblastoma is the most typical malignant brain tumor, occurring mainly in the cerebellum in children. During this time, Isabella underwent emergency surgery to remove the tumor the day before her nineteenth birthday.
