Comedian Lil Duval spent a field day with Channing Crowder after a video surfaced online showing the previous NFL player’s tooth flying into the air during a heated discussion about sports. Unfortunately, Crowder’s dentist didn’t find this example funny.

On May 29, Crowder co-hosted his live radio show on Miami 560 Sports WQAM with Mark Hochman and Alex Solana. The panel was within the third hour of the printed and discussed former Miami Heat star Udonis Haslem’s national appeal since becoming a daily NBA analyst on ESPN.

“I think UD will bring, even I, who watched the clips that you sent us and then watched them this morning, he will bring raw, uncut material to ESPN,” Crowder began.

However, just before he could finish his thought, certainly one of his pearly whites bit the dust.

“As for you, I think he could swing people…” he began to say as a tooth visibly fell out of his mouth.

“Oh yes, he just landed. He just landed. I heard it. “I heard he came into contact with the desk,” Solana interrupted.

Crowder’s co-hosts joked that this was the third time Crowder had lost a tooth on the show. The first incident occurred on April 18 during a heated debate over the Cavinder twins’ decision to return to the University of Miami to play basketball after missing the 2023-24 season to pursue their WWE careers. The video from the radio show even showed slow motion replay tooth flying out of his mouth. The following week, Crowder managed to lose his tooth again, this time prompting a fit of laughter from Marc Hochman and producer Alejandro Solana.

“What a weird thing to have when your teeth keep popping out,” co-host Hochman noted. Crowder tried to clarify the mishap, saying: “I tried to glue it myself. I don’t think Gorilla Glue will do that.”

Crowder’s dental problems caught the eye of comedian and actor Lil Duval, who couldn’t wait for him to get entangled.

“I had to post this,” the comedian wrote, together with multiple laughing emojis. “You have way too much money for your teeth to keep falling out @channingcrowder”

“Why are you on a podcast with an untrustworthy teef?” – added a commenter on Instagram.

Some fans took to social media to supply solutions to the previous NFL player’s problem.

“Someone needs to supply him with gorilla glue.” other person he suggested.

“On the air, we may have to make an appointment with my brother, who’s a dentist. This cannot keep happening, especially when I’m eating lunch,” one person wrote on X

Others felt Crowder’s latest incident should serve for example to children.

“Take great care of your teeth if you don’t want this problem to arise later” – social media said the user.

Several commenters pointed to Crowder’s dentist, whom he has mentioned prior to now on his podcast, “The Pivot.”

“Damn… And the dentist who did his teeth is very famous,” certainly one of Lil Duval’s commenters said. When Duval asked who the dentist was, they referred the comedian to the doctor. Amir Ogunleyewife of a former football player and dentist from Miami.

“If the doctor focused more on dentistry and not modeling, it would be a better job,” replied one commenter on Instagram.

However, Dr. Ogunleye didn’t like jokes. To make clear the matter, she referenced Lil Duval’s comments, suggesting that the explanation for the previous NFL star’s constant tooth loss is probably going attributable to his failure to follow his doctor’s recommendations.

“Aht Aht @lilduval I’m his dentist so let’s get down to business!!!” – she wrote. “Can veneers come out?? The answer is yes. Does this happen often? The answer is no. GENERAL (not speaking generally about the mentioned client) After installing the veneers, we provide you with a list of dos and don’ts. You should never do the things we recommend with your natural teeth. Like chewing ice, using your teeth to split crab legs, going 6+ months without cleaning your teeth, not using your teeth to open things, and a long list of many other things. We advise all those who work hard to wear night guards. If certain things are not followed, this can happen. I hope this helped.”

Crowder’s “The Pivot” episode “New Teeth, Who Dis” premiered in April 2022. According to Ryan Clark, his “The Pivot” co-star, within the two years since Crowder did the job, he has never had an issue with losing tooth on his podcast.

“Guys!!! Chan’s teeth need to stop falling off the shelf. This is getting ridiculous” – Clark he tweeted. “It has to be radio too. This never happens on @thepivot! Although I would be VERY NICE if that were the case. @OfficialCrowder, we need to correct you. They cost too much.”
