Reality star Porsha Williams has won a narrow victory in her ongoing divorce proceedings against her estranged husband, Simon Guobadia.

A judge ordered Guobadia to temporarily vacate their marital residence in Georgia, granting Williams exclusive access to the property.

Williams, 42, filed for divorce from Guobadia, 60, on February 22, after 15 months. He was previously married to her former castmate Falynn Pina.

In legal documents, she insisted that their prenuptial agreement expressly granted her possession of the home within the event of separation, and asked the court to implement the agreement.

Despite her demands, Guobadia initially refused to go away. He claimed that Bravo-lebrity owned one other house nearby where she could have lived as a substitute.

She, nonetheless, supplemented her claims by claiming that in March he blocked her access to the home by changing the locks.

The court sided with Williams in the home case.

Court documents show According to per In Touch Weekly , the divorce judge ordered Williams to have “immediate and exclusive use, control and possession” of the Atlanta home they shared during their marriage.

The ruling further stated that neither party may, under any circumstances, enter the opposite’s property without prior written consent.

The court order further stated that if the Nigerian businessman needed to get well additional personal effects from the couple’s residence, he must submit a written request for access through his lawyer a minimum of 24 hours upfront. He will have the option to gather his personal property at a mutually agreed date and time.

This resolution is not the only sting Guobadia will feel.

The judge’s order states that despite Williams being banned from entering the home without his consent, he must proceed to make payments on the property.

The husband, who flaunts his wealth on social media, might be solely answerable for on-time repayment of the monthly mortgage, taxes, home insurance, utilities, ADT security system, landscaping, and community/homeowner association dues and assessments.

This legal ruling is available in the wake of Guobadia’s aggressive move to incorporate Dish Nation and two banks within the divorce proceedings. In late May, he subpoenaed the labels behind Dish Nation, Bank of America and City National Bank to supply videotaped testimony about Williams’ funds.

The documents, dated May 21, show that Simon is searching for “all agreements, amendments, memorandums of understanding and agreements relating to and relating to Porsha Dyanne Williams’ work on Dish Nation from 2021 to the present,” as reported via RadarOnline.

It also requests “copies of all pay stubs, earnings statements, W-2 statements, Forms 1099” and other documents “relating to taxable income, tax-free income and other types of remuneration of any kind paid or earned” by Porsha, Oriaku, LLC and its agent for her work on Dish Nation from 2021 to present.

These latest calls link these three firms to the production company “RHOA.”

His lawyers demand that representatives of Dino Bones Production, Inc. and financial institutions disclosed details of Williams’ assets by June 21. He believes these numbers will support his efforts to supply as little as possible for his future ex-wife once the divorce is finalized.

Williams’ fans were quick to call out Guobadia for what they imagine are the terrible things he has done because the couple split. One such thing they identified was the apparent comparison of their ex to an animal.

On May 14, he posted a meme that read: “Without a doubt, my next rescue has to come from the pound. (dog emoji)”

Guobadia continued the inflammatory statement: “I really miss the unconditional love of a pet.”

The fan reacted and wrote: “Oh my God! Wasn’t Porsha homeless? Rescue?”

“That went down the drain quickly!” – added a social media user. “I still try to assume going to Dubai one week and getting divorced the following. Let me not take part in the chat.
