Rowland’s platinum blonde bob, a red carpet favoriteit had an angular cut (a la British hairdresser Sheena Dreams-Amoakh) with a rather shorter, cut-out back. This time he opted for a satin finish with Killian Paris Scented liquid lipstick (think: Tempting Rose tone). Rowland’s full brows rested above the two-tone look: a neutral cream-brown under the browbone, and a pink shimmer below the crease to brighten the look. To top all of it off? Dark brown eyeliner placed within the inner corner of the attention, extending right into a pair of delicate eyelashes.
