Derrick Jaxn’s estranged wife is popping her pain into gain with the release of “Surviving the Heart of a Cheating Man.” The project might be the first part of a three-part series, scheduled to premiere on July 20.
The story is predicted to explore Da’Naia Jackson’s version of her marriage to the self-proclaimed relationship guru, which was riddled with infidelity. The couple had been married for 4 years when their relationship exploded in front of social media users in late 2022, as multiple accounts of Derrick’s alleged affairs got here to light.
Despite donning Da’Naia’s black knit “helmet of salvation” in a video highlighting her alleged loyalty to her college sweetheart, she did not overcome the narrative that she was married to a serial adulterer, which Jackson admitted to in the same footage. The divorce was announced in the same 12 months.
In a recent post published on April 21, to drum up interest in her book, the mother of two shared a montage of photos and clips of her and Derrick in happier times.
The video featured the haunting sounds of a beating heart, heart monitor beeps and what seemed like heavy respiratory. Her post was full of comments comments encouraging her to “use your pain.”

In the comments, one person wrote: “This will be as important as who I married on TikTok. Here you go, gurrrll!!! Tell your story!!! Proud of you!!!!” Someone else said: “I hope you don’t play the victim because you know it enabled him and protected his body.”
However, several other people praised the Tuskegee University graduate for sharing her experience. “Congratulations on taking the crown and doing it, tell your story!!” read one comment expressing this opinion.
Da’Nai first announced the book series on Christmas Eve 2023 on Instagram post revealing alleged text messages exchanged between her and Derrick regarding the announcement of their divorce.

“Over the last few months, my family and I have gone through many changes. Some of you have speculated, others have reached out asking for support as we privately establish this new normal for ourselves and our beautiful children… Earlier this year, after much prayer, advice and deep consideration, we decided to go our separate ways…” read the draft submitted Da’Naia on December 10, 2022. It was made public on the same day.
Her response was, “It wasn’t earlier this year, but three months ago. We haven’t made a decision. You did it on September 29 via text message.
According to her, Jaxn stated that she can explain the details on her platform. “So I explain it on the pages!” – she wrote in the caption of the post.
Before announcing her book, Da’Naia spoke out in an interview, detailing how she “knew several other women’s bodies higher than I knew my very own” after finding various videos of Derrick sleeping with other women during their relationship.
Last summer, the faith-based entrepreneur also hosted an infidelity recovery boot camp that charged clients up to $5,000 to learn how she overcame marital turmoil.
