Daphne Joy, mother of 50 Cent’s son, responds to claims she is Diddy’s ‘sex employee’ and wants to retain lawyer amid ex’s sole custody fight
50 Cent’s ex Daphne Joy is speaking out after being publicly named in a lawsuit against Sean Diddy Combs and following reports that her son’s father is searching for full custody of the kid.
Diddy is at the middle of several sex trafficking trials, including that of record producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr., who alleged that the music mogul drugged him and forced him to perform sex acts with prostitutes.
According to Jones a lawsuitJoy, a mother of her youngest son in her 50s, and City Girls rapper Yung Miami worked for the Bad Boy executive as prostitutes and were paid monthly for his or her services.
“According to Plaintiff Jones, the women who received these benefits are Caresha Romeka Brownlee, also known as “Yung Miami,” Jade Ramey, also often known as “Jade,” and Daphne Joy Cervantes Narvaez, also often known as “Daphne Joy,” who were paid monthly “a fee to work as a prostitute for Mr. Combs” reads lawsuit.
The recording artist also has an adult son, 27-year-old Marquise Jackson, together with his ex Shaniqua Tompkins. According to Us Weekly, after hearing the news, 50 Cent – whose real name is Curtis Jackson – decided to seek custody of his 11-year-old son, Sire Jackson.

Jackson also shared a photograph on Instagram with a caption referencing Joy’s alleged sex work for Diddy. The rapper stood under an umbrella within the rain, apparently a reference to the phrase “when it rains, it pours.”
It was fasting (*50*)with subtitles“I didn’t know you were a prostitute, you little prostitute. LOL this is a movie” while shamelessly promoting his brand: @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi.”
The 48-year-old “In da Club” rapper reportedly dated Joy, 37, in 2011, but they broke up shortly after the birth of their son in September 2012.
Joy is a swimsuit clothier and OnlyFans model, but Jackson claims he had no idea about her alleged history as a prostitute for the Love Records founder. The lawsuit said Diddy often “bragged about having several women on a monthly stipend” and that Joy also attended his “bizarre” sex parties.
Joy didn’t seem concerned at first as she shared a brief video of her and the Nineteen Fifties son after eating dinner March 27, two days after the raid. However, on March 28, she shared two posts detailing how traumatic it was for her.
“I am deeply hurt by the lies in the Rodney Jones lawsuit. The claim that I am a prostitute is 100% false and character assassinating. I am hiring a lawyer to explore all legal remedies against Rodney and his lawyer.”
In a separate video of her crying, Joy added: “I would not wish this on any woman. God hears me and that is all that matters.”
Jackson has been trolling Diddy on and off for years, but has been consistent since “Kiss Me” singer Cassie Ventura sued the “Bad Boy for Life” artist for sexual and physical harassment last November. Ventura accused Diddy of rape, forcing her to have sex with other men, amongst other things, which led the label executive to settle the case for $30 million the subsequent day for an undisclosed amount. The grievance opened the door to other lawsuits, including Jones’, which is also searching for $30 million.
“Power” executive producer, yes he was joking He announced several times on social media that he was filming a documentary called “Diddy Do It?”
After learning of Jones’ initial lawsuit in February, which alleged Diddy secretly recorded sex acts with other celebrities, Jackson offered “top dollar” to anyone with video footage obtained from the federal raid on the music mogul’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles. March. Federal agents with the Department of Homeland Security reportedly confiscated electronic equipment including cell phones and computers in the course of the raid.
“Smh, this is going to be so good, you bet I’ll get those tapes. I’ll pay top dollar for them, have you been there? I don’t go to lavish parties, he said he wrote. Jackson also posted after the raid he said“Now it wasn’t Diddy who did it, it was Diddy who finished it. They don’t come like this unless they have a case.”
Many people consider that Joy is the cause of her long-running feud with Diddy within the Nineteen Fifties, since rumors swirled that she was dating the “Act Bad” rapper in 2022. During that point, they were spotted together quite a few times at events and on his private jet. Joy once shared a view of Diddy’s back in a photograph on her Instagram Story, with the caption “Happy birthday to my favorite person @diddy” above the photo.
– Oh, it is your mom with Puffy. LOL,” 50 Cent wrote in a now-deleted post that included a photograph of him and his son, according to Complex. “Remember what I told you the other day, these bitches are crazy. SMH.”
Joy replied, “Please stop doing this to me. I never disturb you and I’m a wonderful mother to our son. Can we give attention to this? Please.”
I understand this pain for 50 cents… imagine Diddy sleeping together with your kid’s mother 😭😭😭

The two also had a tense moment in 2013 when 50 was accused of kicking Joy after breaking down a closet door following a heated argument. He was also accused of ransacking her home while she was in hiding, allegedly causing $7,100 in damage to her Los Angeles apartment.
50 concluded a settlement according to TMZ, he is searching for the dismissal of domestic violence charges after serving three years probation, 30 days of community service and has pleaded not guilty to any vandalism charges. He was reportedly ordered to give up all weapons and steer clear of Joy at the moment. It is unclear when the stay-away order was lifted.
