Invest Fest returns to Atlanta for the fourth year in a row

Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens expressed the city’s enthusiasm for hosting the event, emphasizing the importance of monetary literacy in achieving economic success. “You can’t do this if you don’t have financial literacy,” Mayor Dickens said during the press conference announcing the event dates.
Organized by Earn Your Leisure (EYL), a leading financial education platform with a wide online presence, Invest Fest goals to equip participants with essential financial knowledge and insights. Despite criticism from online skeptics about the quality of monetary advice, EYL co-founder Rashad Bilal said the company makes every effort to rigorously vet all potential speakers.
Last year’s Invest Fest gathered roughly 50,000 participants over three days at the Georgia World Congress Center. This year’s conference, scheduled for August 23-25 in the same place, is anticipated to be even larger. Bilal expects about 60,000 participants.
“Being around thousands of people is more productive for you from an inspiring and motivating point of view,” Bilal noted.
Although Bilal and the two co-founders of Invest Fest live in New York, they decided to hold the conference in Atlanta for the sake of it the city’s position as a center for black businessreported.
Previous editions of Invest Fest featured such respected speakers as billionaire investor Robert Smith and entertainment tycoon Tyler Perry. This year the focus will shift to providing practical information to on a regular basis participants, with Bilal announcing exciting giveaways and grants for local businesses.
Tickets to the conference are priced at $250 and go on sale on March 23, providing attendees with access to a wealth of monetary knowledge and networking opportunities. Despite the costs, Bilal emphasized the value of the educational experience.
