Diddy’s private jet goes off the radar after being tracked to Antigua amid raids by armed agents on his homes in Los Angeles and Miami
When federal agents raided homes in Los Angeles and Miami Sean “Diddy” Combs on Monday, March 25, the disgraced music mogul was nowhere to be seen. His sons, left face to face with law enforcement officers searching their Los Angeles home, Justin30 and Christian25 years while Diddy’s private jet apparently left the country.
The search by federal agents from the Department of Homeland Security Investigations was conducted following allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault and involvement in the acquisition and distribution of illegal drugs and firearms. The assault warrant NBC News reports that he’s from the Southern District of New York.
While quite a few men were detained and handcuffed at Diddy’s estate, the 54-year-old music director himself was noticeably missing. In an attempt to solve the mystery of Diddy’s whereabouts, user X began following: Blacked-out Gulfstream G550 jet for $60 million.
Using flight tracking software, user X named @mvz77dallas was able to locate Diddy’s plane, flight number N1969C, north of Puerto Rico around 5:30 p.m. EST. The flight number revealed that the plane was registered to and operated by LOVEAIR LLC luxury private jet company Silver Air.
“@Diddy Gulfstream G550 (N1969C / SIS69) departed LAX earlier today. Destination unknown. Currently flying at 42,000 feet north of Puerto Rico,” user X wrote on Twitter.
At roughly 6:05 p.m. ET, the aircraft was sighted near Barbuda and then turned around and made a 180° loop to Antigua.
“UPDATE @Diddy Private Jet (Gulfstream G550 N1969 / SIS69) departed Van Nuys Airport earlier today, now descending to land at remote Barbuda airport,” user X tweeted in his update.
User I believed it was landing in Barbuda, but I turned around and made a 180-degree loop to Antigua at about 2,200 feet. “In addition, the aircraft disabled its radar signature within seconds of touchdown.”
It is unclear whether Diddy was on board the private jet when he landed in Antigua.
Social media has responded to the possibility that the “THE LOVE ALBUM: OFF THE GRID” rapper spiraled uncontrolled during the federal investigation and didn’t take his sons with him.
“Running away and leaving your children in a house where a robbery took place is crazy” – considered one of the comments To read.
“Leaving children behind is terrible.” said one other.
Some assumed that Diddy had been tipped off and fled to a rustic that might not send him back to face his alleged crimes.
I’m unsure his jet has enough fuel to take him somewhere he won’t be sent back

Antigua and Barbuda, the twin island nation where Diddy is believed to have traveled to, is a small country in the Caribbean, close to the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
If an arrest warrant had been issued for him as a substitute of a search warrant, this nation won’t have exempted him from extradition to America.
According to the U.S. Department of State, in 1981, after gaining independence from Great Britain, the nation entered into an agreement to cooperate on certain law enforcement issues.
“Antigua and Barbuda’s location near the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico makes it an attractive transshipment point for drug traffickers” – Department of State reports. “To address these issues, the United States and Antigua and Barbuda have signed a series of anti-drug and anti-crime treaties and agreements, including the Maritime Law Enforcement Agreement, subsequently amended to include overflight and landing order provisions, a bilateral extradition treaty, and an mutual legal assistance.”
Since November, Diddy has been under federal investigation and has faced a wave of lawsuits filed against him, particularly regarding his role as an influential figure in the entertainment industry. As the lawsuits suggest, with power also got here abuse.
One example was a lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie under New York’s Adult Persons Act, which accused him of long-term physical and sexual abuse. Her lawsuit originally sought $30 million and was settled in lower than 24 hours, with the amount not disclosed.
Plenty of other claims were filed in the lawsuit, which led to the raid mentioned earlier.
During the raid, Cassie’s lawyers released an announcement saying: “We will always support law enforcement as they seek to pursue those who have violated the law. “Let us hope this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs accountable for his depraved behavior.”
