From detailed nail charms on classic tricks to the unexpected noise cutting, this week we focused on adding spice to fashionable cosmetic styles. Additionally, ’90s thin eyebrows have been replaced with fake facial hair, blush has been replaced with eye highlighter, and daring lips have taken on a brand new shade (hint: it is not red).

ESSENCE’s March/April cover star Beyoncé “Cowboy” Knowles-Carter held her platinum mane in place with a black cowboy hat. Smiling, gold bars pierced her shiny, pursed lips as she tilted her oval, French-tipped fingers towards the hand guns. Meanwhile, Tracee Elliss Ross landed in the Big Apple and paired her Luar FW24 look with a light-weight purple lip (try: MACximal Silky matte lipstick in the color Everyone’s Heroine) and a good, smoky pencil on the waterline.

Then hairstylist FKA Twigs Louis Souvestre The buzz cut across her sides in front of her party celebrating her cover. Opposite her mocked-up hair, Twigs rocked Chloe Bailey again, which she paired with pink blush. As for SZA, the mesmerizing inner corners, cat eyelashes and metallic eye shadow were enough to make us fall in love. To cap off the week, Lizzo playfully drew a pencil mustache to match her pin-thin eyebrows and bangs.

Below, take a have a look at 7 of our favourite celebrity beauty moments from this week.
