Yesterday we had our annual Black Women in Hollywood awards in Los Angeles, honoring essentially the most talented black performers on television and film. Among our exclusive guest list? Of course Taraji P. Henson.
Arriving at Pompadour (Think: Rihanna in 2010), the charm of Henson was a manifestation of the moment when she was six months ago. For the primary time she debuted in the style during her press trip, directing the impulsive personality of her character Vivian Thomas with an asymmetrical orange cut pixie.
Now her color has only grown to the ends, disappeared right into a more neutral, whitewashed tone that matches her skin. Actress hairdresser Wallace All used TPH by Taraji Products to realize appearance, tossing the mountain with a bit gel (try: Hard cookies Styling gel) to keep up its wind pendulums. In the meantime Slick edge control.
While her hairstyle was relaxed and lived, Henson’s nails were dressed in Swarovski Crystal Glass by the nails Jackson. Then artist makeup Saisha Beech A layered flickering shadow over a neutral base, while the smoked wing gently sculpted the eyes. To end the looks, bronze vitreous lips were a love letter to black beauty.
