Steph Curry’s sister Sydel Curry-Lee reveals why mother Sonya is to blame for her third pregnancy

Steph Curry’s younger sister, Sydel Curry-Lee, was sure her family was complete after giving birth to her two children. However, it seems her mother, Sonya Curry, had other plans. Now expecting her third child, Sydel jokingly blames her mother – and maybe some divine intervention – for the unexpected addition to the family.

In an Instagram Story shared on Saturday, November 30, a follower asked Sydel what she meant by Sonya’s “blame” for her third pregnancy.

Sydel didn’t hesitate to answer.

As a health advocate and podcaster, she never imagined that a third pregnancy could be a part of the plan. Nevertheless, she later revealed that it was a welcome surprise.

In the previous story she explained that it took her a while to get used to the thought of ​​having one other child.

“…I’m so excited to finally talk about it,” she said.

In the clip, her oldest child, Daxon Wardell-Xavier Lee, placed an ornament on her Christmas tree that read “Baby Lee #3.” While all the family appeared within the video, the star was Sydel, who proudly showed off her baby bump to the camera.

This latest baby is definitely a miracle baby. She and her husband’s first two children were born through in vitro fertilization. When she and current Phoenix Suns guard Damion Lee got married in 2018, they’d no idea how difficult starting a family could be. Then she learned that she was one in every of the ten percent of girls within the country who simply had a tough time getting pregnant.

Even Sydel he said Essence in 2021 that she kept getting tested and noticed that her results weren’t improving. So they turned to science to help them start a family. In 2021, the couple welcomed their first child, Daxon, and in 2023, their daughter Daryn Alicia was born.
