Morgan Freeman left to get some food, but his appearance caused quite a stir on the Internet.

The “Glory” star was spotted grabbing a bite to eat with friends in Los Angeles. In the photo, the paparazzi caught Freeman smiling as he headed to dinner at Giorgio Baldi wearing a plaid shirt, hat and cream latex glove.

Fans were excited to see Freeman make a rare outing.

One person he wrote under a People post on Facebook: “Great actor – I watched every movie, not just once, but many times. They just don’t make movies like this anymore. Looks great. Have a nice dinner and vacation.”

Another person said: “My heart skipped a beat!!! Thank God he’s alive and looking good! I am not ready for roles in Heaven yet…Angel.”

A 3rd person wrote: “I saw his picture and my heart was in my throat thinking the worst.”

Fans are comfortable to see that Freeman is far smarter than he was last December. At the time, speculation began to swirl about his health following the discharge of a viral video during which fans watched him perform after leaving the set of ABC’s “The View.”

Freeman is never seen outside of film sets and award shows, however the 87-year-old still seems to have the energy to work. He starred within the film “The Rifleman” alongside Luke Hemsworth, which premiered in August this yr. He will even reprise his role as Thaddeus Bradley within the third installment of “Now You See Me.”

Money doesn’t seem to be a consider selecting roles or doing business in some scenes. Freeman received an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor for his role as Red in 1994’s “The Shawshank Redemption.”

However, he disagreed with the film’s director, Frank Darabont, over the film’s ending, which initially involved his character meeting Andy’s escaped prisoner friend in Mexico.

“Frank thought I should blow on the harmonica Andy gave me, but I refused” – Freeman explained to the Daily News. Freeman said it was “in some ways stupid, in some ways cliché, in some ways unnecessary and over the top.”

Freeman has had quite the profession, having made over 100 movies, and his deep, authoritative yet soothing voice makes him easy to recognize when narrating.

He played various roles, from a strict and sensible director, through a prisoner, a driver and even God. With such a reach, some may wonder what else he could play as he approaches 90, and why is he still working in any respect?

“Sometimes you just work to pay the rent,” he said in an interview interview with the London Times. “When I started my film career, I wanted to be a chameleon. I remember that De Niro played completely different roles in the beginning. Almost unrecognizable as the same actor.”

He continued his transparency, saying, “I don’t think I’ve done much in the last ten years that’s been completely different. Driving Miss Daisy and Glory was different. Now? It’s just… me. The character will adapt to you, not the other way around, so I do what interests me. Sometimes all that matters is money.”
