Vogue Magazine sent meeting on TikTok with the caption: “TikTok, do your thing and find that woman! Last night at the #Armani fashion show in New York, Chaka Khan pulled a guest from the crowd onto her stage. What happened next surprised everyone, including Mrs. Khan herself.”

The clip went viral and lots of people expressed their opinions on social media.

Someone else joked, “Patti LaBelle would grab the mic, thank the nice lady, kick off her shoes and give the best rendition of her song the world has ever heard!”

So many celebrated her, adding, “Okay, White Queen, I see you.”

The fourth tweet read: “Teena Marie possessing bodies there?”

Many fans quickly identified Morgan and informed other users about the talented singer. “The funny thing is that Morgan played Teena in a Broadway show. He is literally a Broadway legend,” fan he said.

Even Morgan James wrote about the experience, combining her own thoughts with those of the “De Ja Vu” singer.

“Greetings. I come to you from the afterlife. Now I’m dead,” she said he wrote on Instagram.

“So… tonight I went to the Armani concert with my good friend Demetrius. After an amazing cocktail hour, fashion show and dinner, we found out that Chaka Khan would be the surprise guest,” she then explained the experience from her perspective.

“So we sat in the front row as quickly as possible. She started singing, I screamed. I was losing my mind. And she started singing my favorite song, “Sweet Thing.” She continued. “I sing the lyrics so loud it’s embarrassing and some people don’t know the song. She looks at me in the front row and says, “SHE knows the words” and puts the microphone in my FACE. YALL, what happened next? it’s like a movie. CHAKA KHAN INVITED ME TO THIS AMERICAN MF STAGE.”

She then ended her post by writing, “Good night, cruel world.”
