As it repeats backwards and forwards, the video cuts to moments where the man begins swinging on the railings and repeatedly chanting, “They’re worse than us,” before telling a bunch of young black men on a train, “You’re my animals.”

After the train stops, three Black men start getting off the train, glaring at the racist passenger. Suddenly, one in every of the three men punches the rider in the face, knocking him unconscious.

The video was recently posted on the website’s r/AbruptChaos board Redditsparking several hundred comments, but was originally recorded in 2020 and went viral immediately after it began circulating online.

According to Daily mailrider, Billy Steele, he turned to the police after the incident, but he never planned to press charges against the man who hit him. Steele was reportedly working at his wealthy family construction company at the time.

“He doesn’t want the man who hit him to be punished,” his mother told the website. “He is getting help for his behavior.”

Steele has reportedly instigated quite a few violent incidents before.

“I think he needs help for his mental health,” his former friend told the Daily Mail. “I haven’t really talked to him since the turn of the year because of his behavior.”

Most commentators weren’t surprised by the violence that occurred on the train after Steele went into his outburst.

“Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth,” someone wrote. “Even though he had it in mind and he totally deserved it, it will unfortunately reinforce in his mind that he is right about his views,” one other person added.

One Reddit user mentioned the film’s age, and one other replied, “But the message is always relevant; talk shit, get fucked.”
