Lizzo is taking a ‘gap 12 months’ – but it’s not as part of her fitness journey

Lizzo’s “gap year” doesn’t suggest a break from her fitness journey.

Until now, this meant lounging in a bikini by a posh pool.

“Unfortunately, I will be posting way too many bikini photos,” the “About Damn Time” singer warned within the video post during which she poses in a black bikini with a glass of wine.

But Lizzo’s break day also included some intense workouts. In posts to her Stories, she gave followers a taste of how she maintains her Bali regimen.

“Let’s jump rope in Bali,” she says within the video, before a sped-up montage of her jumping rope on a balcony plays, based on People Magazine.

“I keep breaking my ass… breaking my ass,” she said with a laugh, sweaty in a black bodysuit and sneakers.

“I’ve always loved moving my body.
