Halle Berry to Join Glenn Close and Kim Kardashian in Ryan Murphy’s Legal Drama

Ryan Murphy has chosen Halle Berry to star opposite Kim Kardashian and Glenn Close in the upcoming legal drama.

Berry and Close are reportedly set to star in the series “All’s Fair,” which shall be available on Hulu Hollywood ReporterThe Oscar winner will function an executive producer on the project, joining executive producers Kardashian, Murphy and Close.

Details about Berry’s role haven’t yet been revealed. The series is described as a “glitzy, sexy procedural in which Kardashian — who worked with Murphy on the final season of American Horror Story — plays a top divorce attorney at an all-female Los Angeles law firm,” THR reports.

“All’s Fair” shall be Berry’s first role in a TV series since 2015. The “Bruised” actress previously starred in the CBS drama “Extant,” which ran for 2 seasons. Berry is taken into account one among Hollywood’s A-list actresses, having starred in hits corresponding to “Swordfish,” “John Wick 3,” “Die Another Day” and “Monster’s Ball,” the latter of which earned her an Oscar for Best Actress in 2001.

“Nothing has ever been given to me,” the actress said on the time. “I also want (fans) to know that we’re all broken and we’re all broken. We come from families of origin that aren’t perfect, but it doesn’t matter if that was your beginning. We can all find redemption, we can find forgiveness, we can achieve anything we put our minds to; that anything is possible.”

Baitz and Baken will join Berry, Murphy and Close as executive producers alongside writers Jamie Pachino, Laura Greene and Richard Levine, in addition to Kris Jenner, Alexis Martin Woodall, Eric Kovtun, Scott Robertson and Holly Jeter, according to THR.
