Sha’Carri Richardson is Olay’s newest brand ambassador

As an Olympian, it is sensible that taking good care of your body is a top priority. And before the 2024 Paris Games, a star of American track and field Sha’Carri Richardson he finds time in his busy schedule for regeneration and care. “Decompression is always my priority,” he says. To stay grounded, her health and wellness routines are intuitive. “I do every thing that my training and emotions require. It’s about what I feel I would like at that moment.” This includes skincare.

Yes,” he says. “I like nice lips, nice lip liner and mascara or eyelashes.” When it comes to hair care, the current secret is water. “I’m definitely in a more natural phase now,” she says. “You have to be confident in yourself, no matter what people think of you,” Richardson says about what helps her stay focused. “I am excited about my track career, qualifying for the U.S. team, and then competing at the Paris Olympics this summer.” Despite every thing that comes her way, an easy mantra keeps her grounded. “What is meant for you, you will have no matter what.”
