Meditate

To sleep
It is essential to rest and maintain your health. Lack of sleep may cause poor judgment. As the only real decision maker in your organization, it is necessary that you just make these decisions with a transparent, focused and rested mind.
Exercises
Many training plans takes lower than 20 minutes and will be performed by people of all fitness levels. If you’re feeling drained and burnt out at the tip of the day, try starting a workout before you begin work within the morning.
Create a support group
Meet and refer to other entrepreneurs to know how they feel and the way they’re doing. Your listening and their encouragement will be equally helpful. You’ll see that other individuals are combating similar issues and also you haven’t got to remain in your silo.
Take breaks
When the stress of your every day job begins to get to you, take a break. Research shows that micro-breaks lasting from 30 seconds to five minutes can increase mental activity by as much as 13%. A 15-second break every 10 minutes can reduce fatigue by 50%.
Get your weekends back
Entrepreneurs can get caught in a cycle of limitless work, but all of us have to recharge on occasion. Set aside weekends to spend time away from work – also plan your hobbies, meetings or other fun things to do. You’d be surprised in any respect the activities that come to mind if you allow yourself to get bored.
Book your holiday
It’s essential for entrepreneurs to plan a vacation – an actual one which lasts per week or more outside a 10-block radius. Block your vacation in your calendar and book all of it 12 months upfront.
