Rihanna shares music news on what to expect from her upcoming album

Rihanna teased that fans can expect hit records from her upcoming and highly anticipated album.

In a red carpet interview with Entertainment tonightThe chart-topping artist provided an update on ideas for brand new music that she says sounds “very good.”

“I already have things that I feel like I can make hits with,” Rihanna said Wednesday on the launch of her latest Fenty x Puma Creeper Phatty Earth Tone sneakers. “…Me and Rocky are really trying to figure out who will use what because it’s so good.”

The cosmetics tycoon doesn’t know when her next album will probably be released. In April, she said there have been more ideas for visual effects than ideas for songs.

“It’s weird. My brain works backwards now,” she told Interview magazine. “I usually have the music first and it leads me to all the visual possibilities, and now I have all these visuals.”

She is confident that her creativity will encourage her to proceed writing latest music.

“I don’t have songs for them yet,” she said. “But maybe this time that’s the key. Maybe the visual ideas lead me to the songs I need to create.”

In the meantime, fans can expect more footwear designs from the Puma entrepreneur. In December, she also revealed that her future plans include launching a kid’s clothing line.
