Crossroads welcomes South Africa’s Market Theatre, Black Theater Matters

NEW BRUNSWICK, NEW JERSEY – November 13, 2020 – Crossroads Theater Company’s first emerging artist program for the 2020/2021 online season will concentrate on the celebrated Market Theater Laboratory in South Africa. The Market Theater Laboratory, founded in 1988, is the tutorial arm of the world-renowned Market Theater in Johannesburg, South Africa. The lab strives to supply opportunities for talented youth from disadvantaged backgrounds who would otherwise not have the opportunity to pursue their artistic passion.
