Black love on the red carpet at the 2024 Oscars

And similar to that, the Oscars and principally the awards season that had brought great fanfare were forgotten. There was somewhat little bit of every little thing at the 96th ceremony, which is seen as the end of that season, from big performances (hello Ryan Gosling!), some uplifting wins (we’re looking at our girl Da’Vine Joy Randolph!), and a few major style (appearance given!). In addition to showing off some gorgeous looks on the red carpet, where black appeared to be the color of the night, there was also loads of love. Black stars, from movies to sports and even social media darlings, got here out to have a good time Hollywood’s biggest night in style. Ugandan politician, singer and actor Bobi Wine attended the Oscars ceremony along with his wife, Ugandan author Barbie Kyagulanyi. The couple was on hand when their documentary about Wine’s rise from music star to presidential candidate was nominated for best documentary at the gala.
