‘I thought he was an only child’: Will Smith fans do a double take after he posted photos of himself and his rarely-seen siblings

Just when people thought they knew every part about Will Smith, he dropped a bombshell: he revealed that he was the oldest brother of a brother and a gang of sisters.

Based on his hit comedy series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, most individuals assumed he was an only child and was only accompanied by 4 fictional cousins. But nothing could possibly be farther from the reality.

While celebrating National Siblings Day earlier this week, the actor apparently recreated a childhood photo of himself, his mother Caroline Bright (formerly Smith), his brother Harry Smith (53), Harry’s sister Ellen, 53, and the collective’s older sister, Pam Smith. 60.

The before and now post has received 1,221,606 likes and counting. The Smith sisters are all beaming with comfortable smiles, identical to the movie star. Ellen jumped into the comments and wrote, “Oh I love this. We look like one hell of a box of chocolates! Hello everyone. Fam Bam, what good?!”

The first photo is a black and white film, vividly showing the whole spectrum of shades that flow into in his immediate family. The second one Will sent for National Siblings Day 2023, it’s colourful and shows a family posing in front of a Spiderman-themed city mural.

“A few years ago I didn’t even know Will Smith had siblings, lol, I thought he was an only child, like a new prince,” wrote one of the individuals who noticed the photos in X.

One fan wrote: “One thing black people will do is barely get old lol we are getting old.” Another noted that the whole family was aging gracefully and wrote: “Damn, they all look exactly the same!”

Most of Will’s comment sections were a flood of Portuguese remarks.

While it gave the impression of Americans were boycotting the actor over the past few years following his infamous Oscars slap, his popularity in Brazil has skyrocketed. Will, an actor and rapper, is claimed to be one of the celebrities of the one “Live It Up”, which became the official song of the 2018 World Cup.
